      My request (slightly out of the norm) was honored and applied very quickly!I only wish the wouldn't use the **** for delivering. This is my first order with Blade HQ. So far a great experience! (haven't received my order as of yet, it's only been one business day).

      5 stars is an understatement. ***** in the returns department is a stellar CS rep and an amazing human. She turned what was initially a poor experience with a product (which was out of their control) and she took responsibility for it anyway, and turned it into one of the truly best experiences I have ever had with any company. BladeHQ has my business for life, and I really hope ***** gets the recognition she deserves!-**************

      The customer support I received was excellent. They responded back to me within 24 hours and assured me that the problem would be taken care of. They walked me through the process of how certain things might have happened in assured me that everything would be resolved.

      Helpful but not extraordinarily explained. I was wondering how to return a knife and they sent a shipping label with packing untructions. I would have liked some more information on the process. I do not want to have to email for a label when I return another knife. Nevertheless, I was able to return it.

      A 50th birthday gift to myself is always a situation **** will not let go to waste. I do not fault Blade HQ. Who the h*** knows where the knife went or who is enjoying my gift. **** doesn't know either as they're never any help. 100% opposite to that narrative is Blade HQ, very helpful, all the answers I needed to feel better about a negative situation and nothing but helpful. Blade HQ staff always respond and address the situation. I was offered a few options for resolution in my situation and was not pressured into anything. I actually changed how I wanted resolve midway, and still, without hesitation & with utmost courtesy, Blade redirected & accommodated my wishes. This one didn't work out for me as originally planned but I will return to Blade HQ to remedy my needs in the near future.

      I'm a little disappointed in the product and the fact that ******* not seem like anyone knows anything about it. But the customer service is very good.If you check you'll see I have bought a few knives from your company. All the service has been fantastic. But my only complaint is I want an Italian Stilleto knife. I have bought 2 know and have been very disappointed. What I would really like is some good suggestions for a better product. I do not mind spending more but I also don't want problems. I have cut myself twice now trying to get this one to operate properly. Thank you much, ***********************
