      Blade HQ has the best customer service department in the business. I am always grateful for their help, but am exceptionally thankful for Mrs. ******* who recently went above and beyond to fix an order that I placed incorrectly. If I have a question or concern, they are available. If I am not 100% happy with a product, they take it back without question. Blade HQ is by far, the best company to purchase from.

      ****** has no info about my order, so no order made. I followed the protocols on their website for ordering a knife, but it didn't work. They were quick to follow up and say they had no info on my order, and that the protocol for the website didn't match their ordering format. So sad. Looked like a neat knife.Hal

      Had to cancel a pre-order unfortunately, but have always loved bladehq. They are very prompt and professional whenever I've had to reach out for customer service for any reason. Any problems I've ever had have been on the manufacturer side never bladehq. ******* vendors!
