I paid for their October 12th event and that was rescheduled due to fire bans, then I was given a new event date of November 8th, again rescheduled due to weather, was given a new date for December 7th. Again rescheduled but for April of next year. Their policy states that because the reschedule date was not within three months that I could get a refund. I went and emailed them twice and have heard nothing back. I paid over $100 to not get the service, buyers beware this company will scam you!

Paid for a date night package with refund protection for 5/4/24. Did not go due to weather (rainy and miserable). Requested my refund right away. Still have not recieved it after 3 additional requests. They robbed me of over $150!!

I was defrauded by this company. I was sold tickets to an event that didn't happen and they will not refund me or even respond to an inquiry for the refund. The banks don't want to get involved and will not issue a chargeback. DO NOT BUY THEIR TICKETS.

I purchased a ticket for the Virginia event in 2023. It was "postponed." Finally, February 2024, they send an email saying the event is eligible for a refund - so I filled out the online form. Its now June 2024, and I have been reaching out via email, and ********** no response. The email sends you the same automated response. This is a SCAM! I can only imagine how much money they are getting from people because of events being "postponed."

From the day before we knew that there would be heavy rain and storms, we asked if the event would be canceled and it never was, it was held with a lot of rain, the place was very muddy, after arriving at the event the rain did not stop in a contrary way It escalated and many people on staff told us that it would be cancelled, many of us believed their word and left, they never updated information on their Facebook or Instagram page and the event took place at night. This was a complete scam.

On their website they have communicated that it it’s raining or windy, they would reschedule the event to the following day. If the weather still persisted the following day, then they would postpone event & reschedule within 90days! It’s currently POURING in Austin, effectively all weekend. This company has refused to answer anyone’s comments, emails, calls, or DM’s on social media to adhere to their consumers pleas’ on rescheduling this event. 100’s of people have commented saying they’re driving HOURS and have spent $$$ for their Valentine’s Day package just to experience it with inclement weather conditions?? Their claims to make this event as awesome & magical as possible is a lie & they refuse to communicate directly with anyone.

This is a scam and I dont know how to get my money back. I purchased 5 tickets and also brought the warranty for a refund at anytime before the event. Cant make it to the event so ask for a refund 3 months before the event. They replied with we review your request and get back to you soon. I follow up with them every month for a year and get the same respond. Finally after one year and an half they respond with since its more than a year we cant process a refund. I lost more than $500 and dont know what to do. Please dont by from this company

It's clearly a scam they're running. I had tickets booked for ******* on August 20, 2022. I drove 3 hours to see the police shutting down the event. Beforehand, they said that they would inform people if something went wrong, but they didn't post anything on social media. We received no explanation and had to wait a whole day to get a statement from the company. When they released their statement, they said that "the event was 100 percent approved" and they're "still trying to figure out why this happened." However, the news report came out from the ******************* of the town stating that on August 16th (4 days before the scheduled event), they sent a letter to the event contact stating that the council "has not and will not authorize the release of lanterns from the Six Nations of the Grand River territory" because "the threat of loss due to fire is far too great." They're deleting comments on their social media about the event and people's experiences. They stated that they're going to do another event at another time for the canceled event, except I now see that they have many more planned in different cities. They even have one upcoming in ******* in October, which is NOT a rescheduled event, but a whole new event where they're selling more tickets. This is not the first time they've done this either. If you look at certain past events, they were cancelled and never refunded. The only way to get your money back is to call your credit card holder and dispute the charge. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS! IT'S A SCAM! A simple ****** search of the ******* event will lead you to the ******** article with all the proof you need.

The light release happened in *********** **** and this event should surely be cancelled. Along with being woken up by fireman telling me parts of my yard were on fire at 10pm, they needed to check ******* and trees, and they left litter everywhere. It is not almost a week later and I still have lanterns all in my trees and a huge pile on my garage that havent been picked up. I dont see how releasing fire lanterns into a rural area, during harvest time, is even remotely intelligent. Outside of coming down on animals, crops, and homes, theyve landed in trees where birds are nesting and littered beautiful farmland. The selfishness of this event is beyond inappropriate.
