    If you have any other choice, take it over Alpine Village. I would not ever recommend living here to anyone. They need a serious overhaul of how they manage the place , because honestly its ridiculous and theft. They are taking advantage of college students just because they can. Insane pricing, amenities are always down, and horrible communicating with tenants. It takes an act of God to get them to respond to messages and to actually answer their phones. The only way to get a response quickly is to go into the office and speak to someone. Even then, you will be lied to over and over again because the next time you talk to someone, you will be told something completely different than. I was first told a parking pass was included in the contract I bought , which was a lie. When I moved in, I had to park ***** minutes away and walk in the snow until a parking pass became available. The utilities pricing is ridiculous. Youre essentially paying utility usage for the entire complex and not just for your apartment. Cleaning checks are an absolute joke. Theyll penalize you for one thing one time and then wont for the very same thing the next time. Dont even get me started on the ridiculous monthly fees that are added on top of your monthly rent. Moving out was the worst experience. They will nickel and dime you over everything in retaliation for moving out. They tried to make me pay for damages a previous tenant caused, tried to say I didnt turn my keys in and charge me for them. They had a substitute from another property that day and they tried to say that persons incompetence was somehow my fault. They charged me for utilities after I moved out and claimed I still owned the contract and was responsible for those charges. Useless try to bring concerns up to management because they wont do anything about it. Read all of these negative reviews for what there are. They are not an exaggeration of what your experience will be like if you live here.
