  It has been over 60 days and I yet to receive a proper communication. I feel like I have been scammed during this period of hardship. I wonder if our government can help us with such suspicious businesses. I am on hold as we speak without reaching some sort of help. They have all my personal information without having access on the portal to delete and cancel my membership. Please someone advise on how I can get out of this mess.

Per our contract and warranty if we were unable to help raise your scores a ************** points, and your warranty wasn't voided we will exit you from the contract immediately.   This is a total scam, I have been working with them for approximately 5 moths now and they have erased a few minor hard inquires. Furthermore, the representative over my account, ************************* had the nerve to tell me that I messed with my own credit limits utilization, therefore I will have to stay in the program, regardless if I want to continue to work with them, and or they will report my account unpaid and to collections, and I have paid faithfully and on time the last 90 days!. When I signed up this information was totally misconstrued, they told me if they can not help me in 90 days regardless that I will be deleted from the program with no penalties and benefit from the work they did do which was none!. This is a total scam, and they will try to ruin your credit. Please do not move forward with this company and save yourself. I unfortunately got the short end of the stick, and they never answered my emails and or calls when I had questions. Save the time, money, and effort and do more research with other reputable companies. This one is no good. I can show you if you need me to just email me Ill help you more than they will by the education behind the scenes ands what they really did. Trust me.

  This " business" is a total scam, they did raise my scores and I was dupped into a year-long contract! I wish I could rate them at zero they are a blood-sucking disgraceful set of folks. I plan on pursuing getting all my money back.

  I requested to cancel my service on 9/9/2023 and I received a reply back from a *************************, "I have tried to reach out to do your 90 day follow up. It is company policy we hold this call. Once we have the call we will be able to see if you are eligible to exit from the program." I was then charged another $150.00 on 10/19/2023. I have not seen any advance in my scores accross the board. What do we need to do to get our money back?

  They attempted to charge me 150 a month. They did nothing but send out the first letters right when I paid 150 for the first month . No other letters were sent out but they tried to continue to charge me. I asked ******* to send me the documents sent out for the second third fourth and fifth month and I didnt receive it. They are false advertising. 90 days they can bring your credit up which they didnt help do that at all. And I can no longer afford 150 a month for a service which I told my rep I cant do. Im at a hard place in life right now and instead of making it better they are focused on ruining someones life.

  This company is a scam. They tell you that you have 90 days for a 100 point warranty. These people are crooks. My credit score tanked and even after the 90 days theyre trying to collect on my account. STAY AWAY!! Theyll make any excuse to make people calling them out on their unethical practices look like irresponsible customers. They now are sending my account to a third party collection agency when like I said after 90 days and no 100 points were even seen. Ill be filing suit for damages in court with this company. They are non stop trying to charge my card constantly. To put the icing on the cake theyll respond to this with how its my fault. Dont be a victim to these crooks!!!
