Cancelled a service because I found out that it was a scam. Client trying to still charge me and report it to collections. Now continue to text call and harass me at this point.Business Response

Upon reviewing your account, we found no request for cancellation within the first 5 days, during which you had the option to cancel the service. Additionally, you attempted to make your first payment, but it did not go through.
Our team has tried to contact you to explain what needs to be done to provide you with the results from your Credit Monitoring site. Since it was inactive from the start, we were unable to give you the results of the disputes we sent out on your behalf. Please note that part of the agreement required you to keep the credit monitoring site active for 90 days so we could send you the updated progress report.
I apologize that you felt the service was a scam. I assure you that we do not scam people and we provide ample time for our customers to consider before continuing the service. We sent all agreements to you for review, which you signed.
Currently, there are three unpaid payments covering the entire 90-day period.

I am very sorry about your scores did not go up as what we told you from the start however we did not promise those scores for you. The service that we provided was under warranty within the 90 days that we disputed your negative accounts for you, in that warranty if we didn't give you those points and no negative items was added then that warranty would let you exit out of the contract.
the contract is for 12 months but you will have a chance to cancel as to what happened with you.With your request for a refund, unfortunately we cannot provide you the refund as it is stated in your contract which you agreed that there will be no refunds anytime within the contract.

90 day credit experts, makes big claims to be able to fix your credit, in 90 days they claim they will increase your scores 100 points are they cancel the membership. In 90 days they removed nothing from my credit report. But because me paying off my own debts and own things on my own, my credit score went up 40 points. They then took credit claiming I have to keep paying them or they put me in collections. If I dont want to pay anymore. This company is very predatory, they use different languages and smoke shows to sneak items in contracts through. They have terrible customer service, it took weeks for someone to get back to me. I would recommend for nobody to use as they will burn you.Business Response

They promised to raise credit score in 90 days or money back. They hurt my score and never got the money back. I was still charge 3 months after for credit monitoring that was a nightmare to close. This company does nothing except rob people in need. I want my money back.Business Response

I signed up with 90-day credit in March 2024 for $150 per month. After I sign the contract I was informed I had to pay additional $29.99 per month to Smart credit to maintain my credit report. Upon realizing this after one month I decided it was too expensive for me since I'm on a fixed income. On April 28th 2024 in my first 90 days with that company I canceled my contract. I didn't hear anything else from them up until today July 2nd 2024 at 4:00 this morning they decided to take $300 out of my account without prior approval. When I called them and asked them about it they had said I have to reactivate my smart credit account for additional $29.99 before they can even talk to me. Reluctant to do so I reactivated my account for $29.99. I called 90 day credit back I was transferred to a case manager and he said basically I cannot cancel my contract even though they failed him to raise my score 100 points in the first 90 days like they promised at this point I'm already locked in the contract. That was around 8:30 this a.m.. I went to the doctor at 10:00 at 11:30 I called them back 90 day credit they took it another $150 out of my account without asking again. When I confronted them about it they basically told me the only way I can get out of this contract is if I pay them another $525 to buy the contract. I explained to them again I am on a fixed income I don't have any extra money everything I have is tied up in bills. So they managed to take $450 out of my account have me sign up again with smart credit for $29.99. They refuse to reimburse me basically told me nothing they could do.Business Response

I was mislead and misdirected while working with 90 day credit experts. They claimed that they would fix my credit and receive payment after a 90 day trial. We'll look into the call to make sure there was no misleading going on from the rep that you spoke with and make it right if there was. However, our contract states payment is only after work performed, and that work is performed on a monthly basis. So the payment is not after 90 days. The same is said on the registration call you would have had. We will send those both to you so that you have those for your records.
It appears that your 90 day follow up is coming up here on 6/25. We will need your credit monitoring to be activated for that follow up. On that follow up call as stated in our contract if we do not hit the warranty of 100 points and the warranty wasn't voided then you will be exited from the contract immediately.

The company lied about services provided and found out that the contract I signed is illegal based on CROA, the demanded money and promised a result that was a lie and un achievable. We didn't lie, we provided the service we warrantied for you.
It was a 100 point warranty and we gave you 113 points collectively. even though you almost maxed out your card which has a negative impact regarding your credit scores. We held the end of our agreement.We called multiple times to you in order for this to resolve and still continue working on your account but you hang up everytime we call.
