      This is hard to admit on a public forum but I had a financial struggle and borrowed money from Check Advance USA. They've been taking the funds out of my banking account regularly and it's the amount I agreed to however, when I try to log into their website to find out how much my balance is, there is no website. I've tried calling them and have been put on hold for several minutes (sometimes over 20) and not reach a company representative. I want to find out how much my loan payoff is so I can cease business with them. As is stands right now, they will be taking $170.78 out of my bank account every two weeks for the duration! I think this company is running a scam. Lending someone a few hundred dollars is a pittance of what you are paying them back. I can't afford to keep paying this amount every two weeks and want my payoff so I can be done!

      Regarding ************** claim that there is no website for the Company, we have investigated this and have found no other instances or claims that the website is not working. Additionally we are able to access the website from multiple locations,both inside and outside our Companys network. As an idea of what may be causing the issue, our website is a .net website not a .com.  We are able to access www.checkadvanceusa.net  but when we enter www.checkadvanceusa.com we receive a message about purchasing the domain name.
      Regarding paying off the account, the Company is willing to work with ************ to arrange for an early payoff of the account. She can contact the Company at ************** or via email to discuss repayment options.

      I took out a loan with this company and their interest rates a much higher than that of normal companies. I was not expecting it to compound so much, but I was in a tough spot and ended up not being able to pay. I was then contacted by a collections agency who called me and did not properly go through the correct procedures. I was called at work, and when I said that couldn't talk at work, the person proceeded to still try and talk to me. I also never received proper validation, and kept getting numerous text messages from individuals, different people, who never identified a company. I was then called by a lady who said that she was a mediator, and that she worked for a company, which I believe is the same collection agency that had contacted me previously. She stated that in order to not go to a court setting, we needed to do a settlement. The settlement was more than I could really afford, and I did get her to help get it down more, but I see that other people have only had to pay back the balance that they originally borrowed, and I am wanting to see if I can do the same. Also - Iooked up CheckAdvanceUSA, and they are not licensed in my state, therefore they cannot take legal action against me, and cannot threaten to do so since that is something they cannot do. I would like to get this resolved, but at a better outcome than what I offered, and I do not appreciate the way their collection agency handled this situation. I paid an amount because I was afraid that I was going to have to go to court, but that wasn't even a possibility. I was told that the "courier service" couldn't find me, but I don't recall anyone ever coming to my house (and I'm glad they didn't). I just want a proper and decent resolution, and I want this matter to be resolved in the best way possible. I feel that I was given no choice and threatened into a quick resolution where I didn't have any other choice. I have student loans and other bills, so this was very hard for me.

      I took out a loan with ChedAdvance *** in the past and this recent time I found out theyre how high their APR really is! This exceeds my states apr and usury laws and would like to no longer have to pay on this loan I mistakenly took out.

      Regarding Ms. ****** request to not pay back the loan she took out through our Company due to the interest rate being above the usury laws in *******, please be advised that WLCC DBA CheckAdvanceUSA.net ************* is a subsidiary agency of the ************************************ an arm and entity of the ************************ which is a local tribal governmental subsidiary of the Oglala Sioux Indian Tribe located on the Pine Ridge Reservation in ************. This company is wholly owned and controlled by the tribe and was established for the tribes benefit and formed pursuant to tribal law, thus sharing sovereign immunity and, therefore, are not subject to the state laws.
      ************** took out a $600 loan with the Company and has yet to make a payment on this loan.  *********** is willing to offer her a settlement as a means to satisfying her request,however the Company is not willing to waive the balance due on the loan.  *********** is willing to offer a settlement of $600, the principal amount of the loan, and is willing to break that balance up over three payments.
      ************** can contact the Company at ************** or via email to arrange to make the payments in accordance with this settlement offer.

      I took out a loan with Checkadvanceusa.net for ****** in October 2022. I have since paid ******. They are now harassing me at my place of work and can possibly make me lose my job. They say I owe a total of $1417.13 because they kick you while your down and collect interest every day. They do not work with you on reducing interest charges and making affordable payment plans. When I emailed asking about the interest, I did not receive a response. I instead received a call at my place of work asking for HR. I am revoking the wage assignment agreement because they are not willing to work with anyone. I am expecting a little help to get this resolved.

      Regarding Ms. ****** request that she took out a loan and us contacting her at her place of employment, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and per her request we have ceased all future calls to her place of employment. Regarding the account, we have also revoked the voluntary wage assignment. 
      ************** requested assistance to resolve this account and has contacted us directly to do so. Prior to receiving the complaint from your office, the Company made an agreement to resolve the account.  ************* has agreed to pay back the total principal amount owing of $451.10, to be paid with a payment of $100.00 each on or before 4/28/23, 5/15/23, 5/31/23,6/15/23 and a final payment of $51.10 on 6/30/23.
