Vision real estate has discriminated against my roommate and I they are trying to throw us out of our apartment because my partner smokes/vapes. She does not do so within the building or in the complex he goes across the street to do it but they say that he cannot smoke or vape since when does an apartment complex have the authority or right to tell somebody whether or not they can smoke that is not their place and its not right Ive lived in that building for 10 years now and now Im gonna be thrown out because my partner smokes but theres other people that smoke in the complex and have done so for years I understand that they get to determine whether or not somebody lives in their complex whatever but this to me seems like a clear case of discrimination they Didnt even ask or bother to ask if he smoked on the property or if it goes off the property they just immediately issued us a 30 day termination. When I asked the property manager if he could get clarification on that because it seems unfair that if a person goes off the property to smoke why is there any issue?Vision Real Estate

Okay I'M SO DONE WITH (VISION REAL ESTATE) AND THEM NOT WANTING THE TRUTH OUT! ALSO I HAVE NOTICED THAT THERE'S A TON OF REVIEWS IN JUST THE LAST COUPLE DAYS TO A WEEK OR TWO, THAT I THINK (VISION AND THE APT/PROPERTY MANAGERS) ARE HAVING PEOPLE LEAVE ON HERE TO DO DAMAGE CONTROL! ?? TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD, DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU FOR A MINUTE! THEY ARE A MONEY ?? HUNGRY COMPANY AND THE COMPLEX, IS STILL IN **** CONDITION, AND THERE ARE COMPLAINTS, THEY JUST SHOVE THOSE TO THE BOTTOM, AND IGNORE! LIKE NO?? DRYERS FOR 7 MONTHS! NO?? MANAGER ON SITE!! THAT'S JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG! I BUT IT WAS A BIG FIGHT TO GET MY DISHWASHER IN BECAUSE STEVE AT VISION.DUSTY FOUGHT TO GET IT FOR ME BECAUSE I'M DISABLED!! AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE A WORKING DISHWASHER IT'S PART OF THE APPLIANCES THAT WERE HERE IN WORKING CONDITION. I DID FINALLY GET IT BUT IT TOOK A REAL LONG TIME! NOW VISION GOT[ PREPAID] IN A CONTRACT TO FIX THIS PLACE UP. IT'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH (VISION) WE'VE HAD THE ( POWER) GO OUT A COUPLE TIMES BECAUSE THEY HAD MESSED UP THE ACCOUNTS NOT PAYING OR LATE ON THE BILL, SO WE TOOK OUR ACCOUNT BACK! ALSO WATER BEING TURNED OFF LATE PAYMENTS EXCEPT FOR THE LAST TIME THEY WERE DOING GROUND MAINTENANCE THEY HIT A WATER MAIN. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS WE HAVEN'T HAD DYERS IN 9 MONTHS SINCE (SEPTEMBER 12TH 2023,) I CAN'T TAKE TO THE NEXT BUILDING TO SEE IF THE DRYERS ARE WORKING THERE'S DOG POOP ?? AND PEE ON THE FLOOR BIG HOLE IN THE CEILING! AND GARBAGE IN FRONT AND BEHIND, PEOPLE VANDALISING! ALSO DRUG DEALERS ACROSS FROM US. PEOPLE COMING AND GOING AT ALL HOURS! AND I HAVE 'KIDS' IT ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE POT,ONE OF THEIR DRUGGIE CUSTOMERS WAS ON THE PHONE AND TALKING TO THEM SO MESSED UP AND KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR! ?? THINKING THEY HAD THE RIGHT DOOR! We have done our best to work with you to resolve some of the concerns that you have had, and you have been hostile towards our Property Managers from the beginning.Vision Real Estate only began managing your property in December of 2023 and we have made significant improvements to the properties already. Your frustrations from 7+ months ago are not something we had any control over, and it's not fair to us to blame us for them. Without Vision having taken over management responsibilities things like the Dryers you mentioned would not have been replaced. We have worked closely with the owners of the property since we took over in December to get those replaced and thanks to our efforts they will be replaced very soon. Other bills that went unpaid for some time is also not We have tried to communicate with you but you have refused to speak to us and been extremelyrude and at times vulgar towards our managers which is unacceptablebehavior. You have also text the managers repeatedly at midnight or 1:00am to complain about non-emergency issues and insult our managers which is also unacceptable and unnecessary behavior. Your managerhas tried 3-4 times to meet and discuss your concerns and try to help resolve some of your feelings of frustration, but you refused to communicate. We have resolved many of your complaints but you continue to be aggressive towards our property managers and it's unfair of you to leave us such harsh reviews after all the time and effort we have put into making your stay a good experience. My experience with Vision Real Estate was immensely frustrating and disappointing. From the start, unreturned emails and calls met with only superficial responses pushed me through a convoluted appointment system. Despite concerns of a scam, I reluctantly scheduled a tour, but the earliest available slot was over a week away.On the day of what was supposed to be a guided tour, I was merely sent a code to tour a fully occupied home alonean unsettling and inappropriate arrangement.My issues escalated when, after showing immediate interest and being assured no other applications were pending, I was forced to wait three hours just to receive the application, which I submitted promptly. Communication then ceased. Believing the house was available, we canceled other potential rentals. My follow-up requests for updates were completely ignored, even through their automated system.The final blow came when I was informed that the property was no longer available because someone else had submitted an application nine days before oursa fact never disclosed initially. They falsely claimed my application was incomplete, which I disproved using evidence from their own system. This accusation was also unfairly made against my co-applicant.The lack of professionalism from Vision Real Estate was shocking. Promised callbacks and updates never came, and the scant information was vague and contradictory. Attempts to contact the owner were ignored, indicating that the company's culture of ghosting comes from the top.I was left feeling manipulated and deceived. Vision Real Estate's mishandling of my application showed a serious lack of integrity and transparency. I strongly advise against using their services, as this ordeal highlighted their complete disregard for ethical conduct in real estate, making them utterly untrustworthy and unworthy of any business.Vision Real Estate

Company has been in violation of their own lease since April 2023 no one has attempted to maintain two-way communication and continue to charge me and up my rent upon renewal and still reneging on what services that I pay for.And despite my attempts after being in a car accident that I am on a waitlist for rental assistance the lack of communication and being informed just recently that there's been management changes and no one has reached out to let me know I have been addressing structural issues in regards to this property since June of this year and a work order from their own employee was put in for cracks in the wall from violently shaking furnace and air area back in April with absolutely no response or repairVision Real Estate

Company is terrible. Staff is never available nor do they return phone calls. If there is something that they need from me, suddenly they know how to contact me. Every time I call, I get a receptionist who can never resolve my issue. I hate dealing with this establishment. Prior to 2021 I had an EXCELLENT property manager named *************************. Since he left, the service has been garbage. If I had the means to move, I would. 10/10 do NOT recommend.Vision Real Estate
