      I was promised a ****** gift card from caliber representative is I switched from direct to ******** Rep told me I would recieve a mailer within 3 week on how to redeem this promotion Never received it. When I called I was told to e mail where rep wrote how to redeem gift card and they would expedite. Never happened. Called again was told I needed a code to get mailer. Never did ******* mention a code, I was told to watch for the mailer with to gift card. Upon looking into this issue I recovered that this has happened to many customers who were told this same as .e and a code was never issued to recieve a mailer. I believe they use a promise of a ****** gift card to reel customers in to switch to ******** I appreciate help with this immoral tactic from this company to retrieve what they promised me upon signing the contract to install ******** Thank you ***********************.       Upon reviewing this customer's complaint we will be sending her a check for $500 to account for the gift card code she never received. Thousands of our customers redeem their gift cards each month and if this individual claims she was misled we want to right her poor experience. We will be sending the check to address we have on file in ******.

      I received a $500 gift card from dish that I cannot find a buisness to take it as legitimate

      To whom it may concern,

       

      We sympathize with the customer's difficulty in using the Gift Card. The complaint, however, is too vague for us to take action on. The issue is not that he did not receive the promised **** gift card. The customer does not state where he is trying to use the **** gift card or whether or not he has activated it. **** gift cards are accepted at most retailers. He may need to attach his zip code to the card. Any issues with using the card will need to be addressed with Dish Network as they are the party which issued the card. We cannot attempt to help the customer activate the card or troubleshoot it as this could lead to potential legal issues regarding financing advice.

      Caliber Smart rep came to the house selling Dish TV, he promised a $300.00 gift card if we switched from Direct TV. How ever we have not received the gift card. I have made contact with Caliber about this and was told I had to contact Dish, contacted Dish they said the third party(Caliber) was to provide it. Contacted Dish and was given the run around twice then was told I needed an Approval code, this code was not given to me at the time. At the time of this contact I thought I was dealing with Dish direct and not a third party. Without an approval code or anything else I still have not received the $300.00 promised. As of today 2 months into this contract I still have not received anything.

      We will take responsibility for the poor experience this customer had with our company. We will send the customer a check for the $300 she did not receive. While not all customers receive or qualify for gift card offers, and those who do are required to submit a form through an online portal that is provided, we would prefer not to draw out this customer's lack luster experience. The check will be mailed to the address we have on file. I hope the customer knows that we value them and we want to ensure that any promises made are received in full.

      We were promised a $500 gift card for switching from ********* to Dish, however no flyer was sent for us to redeem the card. I was informed by an HR representative at Caliber that we had to submit a code from the flyer in order to have the gift card redeemed or sent to Dish for redemption. I contacted ***************************** to no avail and Caliber will not reissue the flyer.

      A salesperson from Caliber Smart came to my home in October 2022 and I switched to DISH TV.I was told at that time I would receive a gift card for either $300.00, $400.00 or $500.00.I have yet, as of today's date received nothing.Dish says there is no "tag" on my account, therefore they don't owe me anything. I contacted the Caliber Smart rep and he said he had contacted dish and they would be sending out card.I called dish customer service again in April 2023 and was told again that the card would come not from them but from Caliber Smart.6 mns and no card and only runaround.

      I struggle to pay my bill since covid. Dish put me on pause . Numerous times I called to pay but rings busy and I'm on hold forever. Service not great! I am disabled and struggling. If I fall off pause I cannot afford their service . I am appalled at what's going on at dish . I called a few days that gentleman assured me my account is safe and not to worry.. this is causing much added stress that I cannot take . I woukd live for them to let me out of contract early because this is several months ths bad service . I have been told one thing then another. I am supposed to be paying pause fee it was supposed to be $5 I have had $16. So upset and disappointed . Like I said a few weeks ago I had to pay $78 due to their agent advised me incorrectly. I hope they get things together . I have been reading several upset customers comments and reviews.In all honesty, I do not feel well and cannot handle this added stress

      Hello,

      Thank you for sending this to us, we sympathize with the consumer and their current situation.  This complaint seems to be with Dish, we do not have the ability to adjust Dish's contracts, payment terms, programming, or billing.  I would suggest working with Dish customer service to come to a resolution as Caliber is a separate entity and not in control of levers to help resolve the consumers issues.
