    The Angel Studios App suddenly stopped working at all on my IPad. It states I'm not a member, and I paid $179 for a yearly subscription in January 2025!!!! I have contacted their help email 3 times with absolutely no resolution and no viable response at all. This is absolutely unacceptable and I want a refund!!

    I purchased movie theater tickets, but only received codes. When I tried to use the codes to access the tickets. The Angel platform said no tickets where available at any theaters near me.. I tried taking the codes to the actual theater and was unable to get tickets although many sets where available. I also tried the Angel platform the fallowing day and the platform had technical issues. We never got what we paid for. I filled a dispute with my card company.. This has been a horrible experience. ??

I do see that our customer support team responded to multiple inquiries that you submitted and, in the end, you were refunded your money in full.     Paid for an ************ Membership as a Christmas gift for my mother. Angel took the money, but we are unable to access the content. According to them, we dont have a membership. This is so disappointing because I had such high hopes for the future of Angel Studios. All attempts to contact them have failed. The phone number restricts incoming calls. Emails are never replied to. Ive paid for tickets to the majority of Angel Studios films and paid for several guests as well. Over the past three years Ive spent a lot of money on Angel Studios productions, but we wont be attending any future releases until they resolve their technical, billing and customer support issues. So sad to see this company imploding because of poor management.

    We purchased tickets for Homestead last November and waited for the movie to arrive at our local cinema. When it came time to redeem our tickets, we found out our theater didn't support Angel Studios redemption service. I have tried to contact customer service twice with no response. I just want our money back.

    These people are SCUM. I left a message for the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting their local Chamber of Commerce as well as their State ************************* So sick of all these RIP OFF SCUMBAGS.

    I recently went through a ******** add to sign up for Angel Studios during a special offer. Signing up through the ******** advertisement did not appear to be taking, so I opened up a link to the webpage through my browser and proceeded to sign up for membership. They ended up charging me TWICE for membership. I proceeded to contact them about this and received an automated message. I was charged twice again this month and have not heard back from them at all this past month after I contacted them. I came here to see what others might be saying about this and discovered that this is a known issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are dishonest. I will be going through my bank to stop these charges and hopefully get a refund.

    My wife and I accidentally both applied and paid for gild memberships. We only need one membership for the two of us so I sent inquiry to their customer service asking 2nd membership be canceled and money returned. Received nothing back but automated message and my money was not refunded. This matches other complaints received below and I would be very wary of purchasing anything from them.

    Don't get involved with this service! I had the service for a year and then went to cancel just prior to the auto renew. When I went to cancel the button for canceling was missing from my account. The only way to contact them is through their online email form. The form is pretty much worthless and it sends you an automated acknowledgement once your message is sent it. I sent three messages requesting support over the period of a week, never getting any support, just automated emails. On the day of renewal they canceled my existing Angel account, took $150 from my bank account, and sent me an email saying welcome to membership - please open an Angle account. There is no way to truly contact anyone at Angel Studios.

    I was supporting The Chosen series through this company. When The Chosen and Angel Studio dissolved their partnership I contacted Angel to discontinue my support. Which was done through a recurring charge on my credit card. They told me they could not find my info to stop the charge. However they continue to charge my credit card, I got the charges stopped through my credit card company.
