I am unable to cancel my subscription. I have followed all of their instructions but there is no cancel membership button anywhere.
They tell you to go to the place you subscribed, however you go there and there are no subscriptions.
They have no button to cancel anywhere.
I have emailed customer service twice. No response.
Others are having the same issue.

I cancelled their monthly subscription in January after getting the run around for two weeks. They finally told me they had it cancelled and no more charges would incur on my bank account. In February, they charged me again for a monthly subscription that they said they already cancelled. I was charged a subscription fee when the only thing I intended to do was watch a movie on their site. Once I determined that the charge to my credit card was for a subscription fee, I contacted Angel Studios and requested an explanation, canceled the subscription and asked for a refund. The merchant does not have a customer service number, is very slow to respond and seems like it is inappropriately charging subscription fees that they won't refund when canceled.Initial Complaint

I set up a subscription with Angel Studios. I canceled the account. I was then charged $12.72 on February 1 to renew for another month.
I sent approximately 25 emails every day to get ahold of someone with no response (from the email provided on the website). The next month I was charged $12.72 again for March.
On their website, it says they have no phone number. I do not have a subscription, and it says that I do not have any payment methods within their system, but clearly I do.
I found a chat bot. It said someone would speak with me, but no one ever joined the chat.
I genuinely just can’t get ahold of someone and they clearly are storing my credit card information somewhere. I’ve only gotten one response. The person asked for more information and never said anything again.Initial Complaint

I want to cancel my subscription to Angel Studios. I subscribed to watch a video. I was charged for second month. Tried to cancel it on their web site and it does not allow me to do so when I click on payments tab. I call them but there is no way to leave a message. Can't get any responses to email, FB posts, etc about canceling my month to month acct. When I go online to cancel it like I was told in the instructions, it says that I do not have a paid account however I have had $9.86 drafted from my credit card for the last 3 months so there's an account somewhere but they're not responding to me to help me find out how to cancel it. On the Facebook page for this company everyone is complaining about not being able to cancel it and getting no responses and there's no response to those posts by Angel studios. I just want to cancel the payment coming off of my credit card. I've contacted my credit card and they can take off the most recent charge however they cannot stop future charges without me canceling my credit card and getting another one issued and I have too many bills coming out to do that.Initial Complaint

I have been paying them 13 bucks a month for two months and have not been able to view their premium content. I have tried on numerous occasions to get them to link my payments to my account and allow me access, and all I get are cut and paste directions on how to update my banking info. I have emailed them to the same effect. Their customer service is awful and all I want at point, after getting another 13 bucks taken from my bank account today ,is a refund of my two payments. I am done with their nonsense. I tried a third time to resolve this with same amount of success. It's like trying to get an ATM to give you your money back. I have called my congressman and hope he can find a way to get them to start being betterwith the way they deal with customers. At this point I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I bought this so my wife could watch a movie. I spent time trying to do this and found it not possible to watch the movie. That's all we could see was it was trying to get us to spend more money. I tried to cancel and get a refund within an hour and it was impossible to do that, their site would not allow it. I tried to e-mail, to text, to call. Every avenue was met with dead ends. the only time they tried to reach out was after my bank took my money back but later said because I signed up they were able to take the money back. This place is a rip off, read their reviews. I would like a refund and never hear of these people again.Initial Complaint

I replied Amazon was on the tv screen. they replied " Thank you for that info our team will look into this asap, we have over 50k messages. 8:03pm

On December 12, 2024 I received an ad on ******** for a reduced fee annual subscription to their television streaming app on ****. I set up an account and they deducted $95.72 from my bank account via debit card. on December 17 and 19 I sent them an email asking for assistance and they sent me one reply they were looking into it. I have yet to hear back from them and am still not able to access their services. Total scam as they have no phone number or customer service.
