      I hired this company pre-Covid. Last year they finally finished up my project with a guarantee to come back this year with any fixes required. I have some major issues and have been trying to contact the company repeatedly. No one has returned any text or phone calls. I just want my concrete fixed after all this time so it looks right.

      In August of 2021 I made a deposit for resurfacing my front porch, step, and partial front walkway for $1,100.00. The work was to be done after repairs were made by another business. The repair job was small and kept being delayed by other larger jobs. Then repairs were not made by the other business due to cold and freezing weather. I did receive a refund on my deposit with the other business. In the spring I began trying again to find a repair business, but because the job was small and business was booming for larger jobs I was not able to secure the repairs needed before SJA Customs could apply the resurfacing to my porch, etc. as agreed to. I contacted the SJA salesman to whom I gave the deposit of $1,100.00 several times to seek a refund on my deposit. I was always put of by one excuse or another for months. Then cold weather began again. It was an impossible situation. This spring I again began trying to contact SJA for a refund. I found out there is no actual brick and mortar office, just a PO Box number in Roy, Utah. I did speak to the salesman one day and he said, "I'll look into it and get back to you." Nothing!! I finally was able to reach a young lady named Asa on the phone. I explained my situation and request for a refund to her. She said she would tell the manager (Shane and/or Jeff) and have them send my refund to me by mail. After several weeks more, I called her again and again. She was nice, but no refund received. Over the next few months, I called again and again. Always some excuse, the manager was sick, on vacation, out of town, etc. I could never speak to anyone except the receptionist. My husband and I are seniors on fixed income. He has chronic health problems and is on home health care. I didn't receive the contracted services and deserve my money back from SJF Customs. Please help me secure my deposit of $1,100.00 from SJF Customs. Thank you for your assistance.
