      Salesperson comes out and does estimate but does not commit to a date that work will start. Tells customer to call in several weeks for a firm date. He tells you that they are so busy that you need a deposit before you can get on the list to start. Pricing system was for 20% deposit then 40% when they start and last 40 % at end of job. 60 days later, two no shows on start date, no return phone calls or texts. Asking for return on my deposit $700 but no response or contact.

      Did our large patio in July of 2020. We were back and forth on the problems. We went to the bank and they got some of our money back. That fall he shows up with a sob story.we paid him by check *****. Admitted that it was a terrible job and promised he would personally do it in April of 2021. All we hear is dont put your patio furniture on it because you are on my radar and any other excuse he could think of. This where we sit ****** later. What a scam. We are in our 70s and have we been cooped!!!!!
