    Their ad specifically says, "They're not expensive if you use your Mom's credit card". Directly advertising to minors and encouraging them to use (illegally) credit without consent. Not good!

    Placed order on 6/21/22 - received order confirmation. Did not receive shipping info after their stated 5-7 business days - we dont work weekends bro message. On 7/7/22 - spoke with customer service who advised that we have our CEO in the warehouse packaging orders - we are so far behind. But I promise well get your order out soon! I completely understand this - especially since they just had a huge sale. Then on 7/16/22 (on a Saturday) I received email stating that they could not fulfill the order and would be crediting the money back into my account and gave me a discount code. It is now 7/21/22 - there is still no money credited back to my account - the glasses still show that theyre available to order - even though they specifically said theyre out of stock. When calling Pit Viper to ask them about this - they advised that we needed to just continue to wait - theyd get to us when they could for our refund.
