    Signed with thia company back in February, promised to increase my fico by 150 in 90 days. 3 weeks later received letters from all 3 credit b. Stating they are not going to do anything, unless I submit disputes on my own . I called my account rep *******, not sure if its her rwal name she never answers her phone got in touch with another person. He said we are working on it, i did explain that all 3 letters Stating other..2 months later ,non changes. I decided to call myself to all 3 credit b. And was told they don't have any open disputes...what a surprise.
    I called my account manager right away, was on hold for 50 minutes before she answered her phone, i did explain what's going on, she lied to me Stating everything is OK. I did ask for refund and cancelation, never heard back since may 1st, but promised that her manager will call me.

    I had to open a dispute with my credit company and reported this company to CPFB.
    I hope that they will get back to me anytime soon to close this matter

    My husband and I signed up to use the 750 Credit Group to assist with building our credit. They are charging us $200 a month ($100 each), with that being said they have done nothing to help except collect payment. We are being harrassed by calls to update credit card information so they can receive payment. We have told them numerous times to stop as we are no longer utilizing their service. We had to end up cancelling the credit card and getting a new one because of them continuing to try and charge. I have also sent a couple of emails to ******** ***** * *************************** with no reply we have tried calling them and no one can assist. when they call to collect payment they tell us they cannot cancel. We need the calls to stop as well as them trying to process the charge on our credit card. The account is under mine and my husbands name ****** ****** *** ********* *****

    This company promises to increase your credit score by 150 points in 90 days. The company has not done any of this and continues to charge my account after repeated requests to stop.

    I started using the service for credit repair in October 2024. The agreement was to pay $150 for credit repair services and they guarantee increasing your credit score to 750 within 90 days. Well after 2 months I contacted them by text message and phone explaining to them that I was being garnished with medical bills and I wouldn't be able to afford services and wanted to stop services. They told me that I would have to keep services for 90 days and couldn't stop services which was never explained to me in the initial agreement and preservice. After 90 days I reinstated to them that I would have to stop services. They again stated that they can't stop services and charged my account $150 today, February 1st against my telling them to cease services. They prey on people who are desperate to repair their credit with entrapment. They do not tell you you have to complete 90 days.of services and they really keep people in debt and are a scam. I want my money back and to have their business investigated for the public. They are a scam and fraudulent company.

    In obtained credit services from 750 credit group they are a SCAM! They charged me for 3 months with no changes they guarantee your money back if your credit does not increase a 100 points in 90 days. They company alleges that something was added on my credit and it wasn’t this company is a FRAUD and I want my money back for false advertising. My phone call with Corey was recorded and my money was taken by false advertisement. I was guaranteed 100% of my money back and this company is just coming up with excuses to not pay me for not providing the services they said they would!

    They told me that they will fix my credit within 90 days I have been paying them ever since May they have not fixed my credit they say my credit will go up to $150 they lied and 90 days my credit went down I think this company is a fraud I request a refund thank you 750 credit group telephone number 435-357-2005 these people on fraud

    I don't won't it I told them they guy did tell me it was a contract and the wasn't fixing what I wanted to be fix then they told me that they would call me back to discuss that and no one called me I called them on Dec 13 and he said hold on someone will come me and then Monday they tried to charge my card .I have attempted to call them all day 12/16/24 and all I get is leave msg.

    On 8/24 2024 i called 750 credit group to help in my credit repar I was guaranteed and increase of my credit score in 90 day always was required to purchase smart credit motioned for and 25 dollars a month after the 90 day not 1 thing was removed from my credit and not 1 point of credit was increased. I called in and was told if they couldn't repair my credit that I would get a refund my 2 different emoployes then I was told that I would be allowed to close my account on 90 day if they didn't remove anything from my credit. The guaranteed only allowed me to stop purchasing there service not to refund money. I called in and talk to Joseph and acted like wanted to sign up I ask was there a refund if nothing was removed from my credit he stated that ,that was impossible but I'd that happen he would talk toa manger to get me a refund . He called a manger when I told him that this is my situation and that I this happened to me is manger Jeremy called me back and said we don't give refunds and that no employee should have told me that but again this was the 2nd employees that told me that he stated he would talk to Joseph about saying that but it was to late because that why I entered into this contract because I was guaranteed a
    100 to 150 point increase . Now there changing there words to make it seemed that I wasn't told that again they did not remove 1 thing off my credit report after so called looking at my.credit report and said that easily it could be done. Had they not examined my report before I going and the word guaranteed was use sevealy times . I would like a refund again not 1 thing was removed from my credit report so I paid 525 for what service

    I REQUESTED IN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER 18, 2024 THAT MYB ACCOUNT BE CANCELLED AND NO ONE RESPONDS. THEY KEEP BILLING ME $150 PER MONTH FOR THEIR SERVICES THAT I STATED THAT I NO LONGER WANT.
