    Had the *** go to my business in September ********* it is June 2025 and no phone book yet. I called and said that the phone book is in production.Will take 6 months to a year to publish.The *** told me it would be out March 2025.On the contract the *** did not sign with his information. I called customer service for the *** that helped me.Gave me a email that does not exist.They ought to shut this company for scam and lying tactics.

    The Pueblo Directory is distributed each year at the time of the Colorado State Fair. It will be the same this year. I'm sorry that you received information that was not correct. We will discuss with the employees that were involved.

    Sold us 2023 advertising in 2023 and never printed a book for the 2023 year. Now they are trying to bill me in 2024 for a location we are not at anymore. Customer service rep Saudi said they cannot cancel and go ahead and give bad reviews and contact local authorities. Next message is to our attorney general.

    The Local Pages since 2018 through today did not have a contract with our company to place advertising in the Historic Wickenburg phone directory. The directory over the last six years has decreased in pages because of households removing residential phone lines and some service businesses as well. The decrease in the pages and information has led many businesses to not renew advertising. 2018 the company sent a contract for renewal in the directory based on previous ad. We did not sign a contract or approve any pages they continued to email to us. The highlighted signature area was left blank. We have received billing each month with interest added. Today in our mail was the latest 2023-24 directory, inside we found the same business ad they continue to place without our permission or contract approval. The Local Pages tried a collection agency to go after the money a year ago, after this company saw that no contracts were signed and approval wasn't given they closed the file. We are not the only business in our area which The Local Pages has taken advantage of. Their headquarters is 4910 W. Amelia Dr. Suite 1, Salt Lake City, UT. 84116 THEY ARE USING DECEIVING BUSINESS PRACTICES! They are not in good standing locally with the Chamber of Commerce nor a member of BBB or chamber.
