Specifically, consumers have reported failure to deliver services(advertising, book deliveries, etc.) Some report years of delays without resolution. Additionally, consumers report issues with misleading or unclear contracts, including unexpected long-term agreements and unauthorized renewals. Despite attempts to request refunds for unfulfilled services and/or unauthorized contract renewals, they have been unsuccessful in reaching a resolution with the business. On February 20, 2025, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of March 17, 2025, BBB has had no response.
