    We are in the process of starting a new transportation business and this company has placed a lien on our company for factoring and fuel cards that were not requested by our company. We have never done business with this company, much less signed any agreement to do business with them. How is it possible to place a lien on our company if we have not ever done business with Fleetsmarts. If you attempt to make contact, the company does not have anyone to answer the phone to research how a lien was placed. I have spoken to other fleet factoring Companies, and this company has a reputation of doing this to new businesses. To me this is more like coercion.

    Do NOT do factor or do business with this company as they will make any excuse not to factor your loads and withhold funds we have been dealing with this company and it has been a nightmare. We send in Proof of loads BOL and dont receive our wire for 2-3 days. Anytime you call you can never speak with a supervisor and when you file a complaint for a call back never get a follow up. Please do your research before dealing with these people they are scammers!

    This company literally held me hostage until I went out of business factoring department is horrible you don't get to speak to anyone then the mngr tells me your holding up your ******** resign the contract I said no this is my business can I plz get my letter of release they said no wait until invoices are paid off when they have great relationships w the shippers so they are a Extremely bad company plz stay away from this company!

We see that during your time with us we were able to fund your loads and also help you save at the pump with our fuel cards. We understand in the industry that some trucking carriers want to move to a different factoring company.We also understand that this is an older review and may be a moot point, but if you did not receive your LOR and are in business please reach back out to us and we can get you what you need.
