    filed a *** against my company, ****************** without any contract. They are trying to strong arm doing business with them. I have contacted them several times to have the *** removed. I really dont believe they are located in the **. I would also like to have a correct physical address for them so I can file a complaint with ** attorney ***************

    This company is totally not worth it! I made the total mistake of signing a contract without doing complete research while starting up my new business. I found afterwards that this company is NOT a BBB accredited company. Plus all the negative reviews confirmed my decision to opt out & request an LOR. Every time I call the *** tells me to look out for an email that is NEVER sent. This is the 3rd or 4th time they have given me the runaround. They say it's an issue because I signed the contract. But I've NEVER sent any forms to process & have done no loads. There are many others going through this ordeal that have actually done loads for this company & received their LOR after leaving their unsatisfactory ******************** If you're a new business that is looking for a quality factoring company, please don't make the mistake I did where now they hold you hostage hoping that you'll give up & factor with them. They appear very desperate while trying to lure you in with their competitive flat rate. I want out of this nightmare....where is my LOR?!

    I received a phone call from fleetsmart and I told them to send me some information they ended up signing me up and sending me a card and I did not agree to signed up for anything. I've been calling them for over a week to get my letter of Release and they keep giving me the run around. I did everything they asked me to and now they keep telling me they can't get in touch with *** because she is the one that's supposed to send me the letter of release email and they've been telling me this for over a week, this experience has made me lose hope in the trucking industry, it looks like there's a scammer or someone trying to get your money in every call someone needs to take control of this behavior because they are slowing me down to perform my business more efficiently, and I know they're probably doing this to every truck carrier out there that is just getting started.

    I have been working with Shemee and the guys over at Fleetsmarts for 3 months now and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. Anytime an issue arises Shemee has made sure to take care of me and keep me on the road. They have great rates as far as factoring and there fuel card program has helped me keep my trucks moving. I would encourage anyone to give Fleetsmarts a try especially if you are a start up. They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure you succeed.

    They signed me up for their company without my permission I cannot go to a factoring company because of them.. this is fraudulent I never signed a contract with them or told them I was going to be doing any factoring business with them they scammers filing *** without my consent at all this is so bad please Stay away they are scammers how are they still in business!!!! They should be closed down

    This company is scammers they filed a *** in my companies name without me signing or agreeing to it . This company set up a phone conversation with me and recorded the conversation saying that i was aware of the filing and this is nothing but a lie! These scammer are being allowed to file UCC documentation under a fake P.O Box . They get you on the phone explain how the *** works and then file this fake document . This happened on September 25th and they refuse to send me the release documents. If this company calls you just hang up or you will be entrapped.

    Do not engage in factoring with Fleetsmarts. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging. Despite having my bank account information, ********************** opened an unauthorized account under my business name. They do not understand the basics of factoring and consistently hold onto payments for weeks, even after receiving funds from brokers. This results in significant financial strain and operational delays.Their lack of transparency and professionalism, combined with evasive responses to inquiries, makes them a highly unreliable partner. I strongly advise against using Fleetsmarts for factoring services. Their practices are not only unethical but also potentially illegal, causing undue stress and financial hardship.A class action lawsuit may be necessary to address these issues and hold Fleetsmarts accountable for their actions. Protect your business by seeking more reputable and trustworthy financial partners. I will provide more information on anyone interested in the class action lawsuit.     If I could of give them 0 stars trust me I would of worst company to do both fueling and factoring with no communication if there is a problems with the load that you send to get factoring they will not even let you know there is nothing about their contract that they fallow my contract is almost and I cant wait leave them on god dont even call me about a renew
