  The only reason it's not 5 stars is because when you speak to them the first time and say yes to hear how they work, they automatically put a lean on your company not allowing you to work with any other factoring company until after 60 days or paying a release. ****** is very helpful and friendly, there hasn't been issues with money so far hope it remains the same.

  DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THIS COMPANY! They have a verbal SCAM going on, once they get you on the phone to talk to you about a fuel card they will use that as a verbal consent to sign you up for a fuel card and once that happens they will file a ucc-1 on your MC for a line of credit for the fuel card, I am dealing with this now and other factoring companies will not work with you. AND TO BE RELEASED IT WILL COAT YOU $500 for a scam system DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE

  This is a mischaracterization of what we do. Fleetsmarts offers discounts for fuel and opens generous credit lines for fuel that help new trucking companies with cash flow. This is not a scam, we have thousands of companies that use our card every day. ******** was one of those that wanted fuel discounts with a credit line. Before we open a credit line, we ask the customer like ******** if that's what he wants. ******** was very excited about the credit ******* we explained to ********, to secure the credit line in the event of a non-payment, we do a standard UCC-1 notice so that in the event of a default, we can get paid from ********. We ask permission every time, like we did with ******** and he agreed and so we opened the line and sent him ******** is true, some disreputable factoring companies, that are looking to manipulate new Carriers like ******** will not factor from an inferior UCC position. But this is just the internal policy of some companies. We also have a factoring company and this is not our policy. It's certainly not a legal restriction.Further, Fleetsmarts is willing to provide any customer with a simple document called a subordination for free, which is the standard procedure for appeasing a prospective factoring company's security concerns with an inferior position. ANY FACTORING COMPANY THAT DOESN'T ACCEPT A SUBORDINATION IS MANIPULATING YOU. RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK ******* truth, the other factoring company is manipulating ********, like they have done with so many others into thinking that we're the bad guy, when in reality it's the other factoring company that is trying to limit ********** other options so that they can charge him whatever they want.Don't be another ********. 90% of trucking companies go out of business because they just accept what manipulative, unscrupulous factoring companies' sales people tell them on the phone. Don't be the next victim.Fleetsmarts is awesome and is really the only company that gives small new guys credit lines for fuel without perfect credit. Do your research, figure out for yourself who's telling the truth.

  I am getting good experience from ********** and the best staff name Lei . One of my friend recommended to work with Lei . He helped me a lot for Fuel and set up Factoring. He give good factoring rate than other Factoring company as well as he have good communication skill and never get upset with positive vibes. Lastly l am so satisfied with **********.   I was kinda dreading the whole signup thing cause I hate paperwork. But Fleetsmarts made it easy. My account manager broke everything down for me over the phone, sent the docs, and I was good to go same week. No hassle, no back and forth. Just straight up got it done. Salute!!!!

  this fleetsmarts is a scam i got a email saying that they file a ucc-1 on for a fuel card. i dont even have a truck or any assets for them to put a ucc-1 on me. sound like to me that fleetsmats just randomly goes around and just files ucc-1 on any business they want to

  Mr. ********** claimed that ********** filed a *** against you even though you have no assets and did not sign anything. Here are the facts:No Signature Required: A UCC-1 filing does not require a physical signature. It can be filed when a debtor authorizes the transaction, including through verbal authorization. This is standard and lawful under the *** code adopted by all 50 ********* Assets Needed to File: A UCC-1 notice does not depend on whether a person currently owns assets. It serves as a public notice of a secured interest in the event assets are acquired or proceeds are generated in the future. This protects our ability to recover in case of default on credit ********** Verbally Agreed to the Program: You never disputed the credit line or services. In fact, you confirmed your participation in the ********** program during your call with *******. Below is a portion of the transcript from that conversation:Call Transcript ******** "Once you're ready, I'll go ahead, Mr. ******* and ready the fuel card. And while you're waiting for this fuel card to arrive, since you're based here in the state of *************** to prepare everything in our system and to open up a credit line for the fuel card in the future, we file what's called the UCC-1 to register us with the state as the payee, and this will allow us to open that fuel credit line for you as well, OK?" Mr. ******* "OK." ******** "Now we sent you email check that later when we get off the phone and make sure everything looks good to you."Your OK was a clear verbal confirmation after a full explanation of the *** and credit line process. You made it clear that you intended to move forward, and the *** was filed to protect the credit line Fleetsmart opened on your behalf based on that authorization.********** operates within the law and only files **** where there's a confirmed agreement and credit risk involved. If your position has changed, were available to have a professional and factual discussion to resolve this appropriately.
