      I made a purchase of the Cannes dining set with 8 chairs on 5/8/24 in the amount of $1806.24, Order #******. The set came in about a week. After putting it together we noticed that the wicker had some imperfections. For example, it wouldn't fully cover a chair leg and table leg. Over the last week, we noticed that the chairs are so flimsy and light that they are getting pushed around by wind and thrown down our deck stairs. The wicker is loosening in places and I can just tell that this set will fall apart by the end of the season. I knew that the return policy meant that the table had to be in a condition that allowed RST to re-sell, but that's not even the condition I received it in. I was sure of this purchase based on different website reviews and threw out the boxes. I am so disappointed. I reached out to customer service today, 5/21/24, but I already know they'll tell me they can't do anything about it and will make me pay for shipping. This is not the quality I expected from such an expensive set and would like to return for full refund.

      I spent several thousands of dollars on outdoor patio furniture from RST Brands. I also purchased patio covers for all of my pieces to ensure when not in use, they are protected and will last longer. The dining table chairs have started to crumble essentially and are obviosity defective. I have read other customer complaints about the same company and same exact brand/style that I have (****) however the company refused to address and replace.

      On 30 April 2023 I ordered two sets of furniture from RST Brands to be delivered to North Carolina. (Order number ******). It was (per the sales order) to be sent on 1 May via shipper CEVA. On 15 May I asked the sales person for a tracking order. On 19 May I received a notice that it had been sent that day. The shipping company said it had never been picked up (though the tracking document said it was picked up on 19 May). My credit card was charged on 21 May. Again the shipping company said it had never been picked up and said the tracker was incorrect. On 30 May I again emailed RST explaining the disconnect and asking for an update. On June 4th I posted the following to RST's facebook page and sent it in an email again to RST:

      Please be advised I will be disputing the charge to my credit card if this order is not shipped by Tuesday 6 June and I will notify the Better Business Bureau about fraudulent charges on this transaction.

      COMPLAINT: I ordered nearly $3000 of furniture on 1 May.
      I wrote to my sales agent on 15 May and asked if my shipment could be tracked.
      He responded on 17 May that it had not yet been shipped but he would expedite.
      On 19 May I got an email that it had been picked up by shipper CEVA and got a tracking number.
      On checking the online tracker, I was told to call after 26 May to schedule delivery.
      I called CEVA on 30 May to schedule delivery. CEVA informed me that even though the tracker showed they had picked it up, RST Brands had not yet informed them it was ready for pickup. CEVA said they would check with RST Brands and to keep checking tracker. Nothing on tracker has changed since then.

      MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ON 21 MAY FOR THE ENTIRE PURCHASE. I have called and emailed several times about this. My sales agent will not answer my emails, and the customer service line at RST Brands puts me on hold and then hangs me up.

      Please send my furniture immediately or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. With this delay, I expect RST Brands to pay all shipping fees."

      On June 5th I received an email from RST that they were looking into it. No other contact from RST has occurred. On 27 June I disputed the credit card charge.
