      Agree with other reviews; they do not stand behind their products, and customer service is almost non- existent. Approximately 4 years ago, we bought several thousands of dollars worth of outdoor furniture. The furniture was beautiful and we received lots of **************** years later, the legs of the table began to shred( made of wicker). We unfortunately waited too long to complain,because we thought, mistakenly, that they would be understanding. We found other complaints about the wicker in different on line sources, but strangely, the reviews on their own site were removed. Called finally and spoke to **** who informed us there was nothing they could do. We told her the product was defective, she said the same thing. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, they agreed to sell us a new table for a discount, which was the same discount offered to everyone. Today, the new table arrived with box cut open and the bolts for assembly removed. Luckily, there were extra bolts on the truck. Had my handyman shown up, we would have been out of Luck again! I called **** again to see if they would take money off; they refused.

      NEVER AGAIN. Ordered my second set of Cannes chairs. Back ordered. Received notice chairs would be delivered Feb 1, 2024 between 9am-1pm. Cleared my whole day. Then Feb 2, 2024 received message chairs not arriving. I called RST spoke to at least four people (through the day). The lady said chairs would be delivered. The chairs did make it to warehouse in Miami, put on truck out for delivery. Approximately between 1:15pm and 2pm I called RST. Still not clear. Called warehouse. Nope. Chairs still in Atlanta. Called RST again, Tonya said she would escalate the problem and I would receive a call back on that day from her or supervisor. No call back. Received call 2 days ago from warehouse, chairs delivered today between 8am-4pm Told to call warehouse number for definitive time. Number no go.

      I purchased a Milo patio table and 8 chairs from RST that I received in July 2021. We also purchased a cover and umbrella from RST. It is a very nice looking set. Unfortunately the webbing on the chairs started to fall apart this summer. I contacted RST about replacing or repairing the chairs. After several emails I was told they wouldn’t be able to do anything and the warranty was only for 1 year. I paid $2300 for this set and cared for it as suggested by the company. I would never recommend RST to anyone. The customer service is only there to tell you what they won’t do to remedy your problem!

      RST brand false advertises on warranty on defective products. **************** never responds to emails or calls. I got a defective product from RST BRANDS LLC. (Outdoor furniture set). I bought it through Lowes and ***** asked me to work with RAT Brands.

      Stay clear of these guys. They are going through some internal changes and not for the better! It takes days to get anyone in the office to respond to an email and when they do respond, they promise to help but instead go silent. I placed a $600 order and was told it would arrive in 5 days or less. It has now been 10 days and I still haven't received a thing. The first two people I talked to in the office promised to look into it and get right back to me. Never heard from either of them again. The third one ignored my email completely. I have no choice but to cancel and order the product elsewhere.

      Ordered a fire table 9 days ago and paid through PayPal. Called customer service and they said the order was sent to their shipping department and we would get confirmation. Called customer service again when no email received and was told there was an outstanding invoice even though we paid through PayPal that needed to be settled. Paid invoice over the phone with rep who said he would take care of the process. Still no email, so called customer service again. They said it was not their problem as it was PayPal's problem so they would not expedite. They did say that they are aware of the PayPal issue, however they do not contact the customers about it and have not tried to resolve it in any way. I work in the customer service industry and this type of poor service helps me be better at my job as it shows me how to NOT treat paying customers.
