      Terrible customer service. I bought my daughter a necklace with a diamond pendant for graduation and paid over $600 in May 2024. It has since broken twice and its only Sept of 2024. This last time the necklace broke the pendant got lost because it slid off the broken piece of the necklace. The pendant is the most expensive piece of the necklace and I bought the warranty and when I went to have the necklace fixed the rude manager at the newgate mall ***** Gather explained to me that the warranty I have is only a "maintenance" plan and doesn't cover the cost of "loss of". The pendant wouldn't have gotten lost if thier necklace was of good quality and didnt break and if that's the plan then it is what it is however there was no help in assisting me in trying to find a new pendant instead I was told "well you can replace it with whatever you want it just depends on how much you want to spend"..so you mean to tell me that I just spent $600 on a necklace not even 3 months ago that is obviously of poor quality as it's broken 2 times since and then have the nerve to treat me like c*** and offer me nothing after I have spent literal thousands of dollars before this along with my family but we will never be going back to any morgan jewlers and wouldn't recommend anyone to either. Very rude and very unhelpful. ***** sure wasn't rude 1 year prior when he got his commission off the purchase of my ring but as soon as I have a problem then there's no helping. This store is crooked and ridiculous.

      Purchased Items on a 6 month free interest aware it needed to be paid otherwise after the 6 months interest will start to apply. Never was told interest was going to be applied from the time you purchased the items if not paid. I tried calling to get it taken care if. person I spoke with didn't want to help kept mentioning "NO" after I asked is it that you can't help or you just don't want to she made it clear it was that she didn't want to help. I was trying to make the balance for the account and get it taken care of without all the interest or I'm okay with also paying interest after the 6 months ended not from time of purchasing items. Worst place, We will be getting married within the next 6 months I will definitely not buy from Morgan anymore. I would show up to most live events no more of that.
