    I too Received a call from a suppose it attorney saying I was in default. I'll be alone that was over twenty years ago. Was told the money was deposited in an account that I haven't had in over twenty years. A loan That I have no knowledge of. They even said that they sent me a letter to my home. Address, letting me know of this debt. I receive no such information. Now they say they are gonna freeze all my accounts.That are connected to my social security number. I can't afford attorney fees to rectify the situation. They'd not even would give me the opportunity to check this information to see if it was even correct.

    I am being accused of owing a thousand dollars it has been almost two decades since I had a payday loan and I learned my ****** the first time I paid it off **************************************** what the name of their company is all they are saying is that they are going to freeze my bank accounts I never bothered with loan point USA and I certainly did not take any loans from them again this is a either a scam or a case of identity theft because I dont take credit that I cant pay back I hope you can help me because I cant afford a Lawyer any assistance in disputing this matter will be appreciated.

    Some lady called me claiming I owed loan point *** money and I defrauded them. It's was from2015 and claimed I lived in **. I've been living in ******* since 2013. They indicated they will be having the courts involved, asked if I had an attorney etc. I asked for paperwork and they said I'll get it from court. Sounds like a scam
