  Action plumbing was dishonest and the technicians are on commission so they have to sell you a lot of extra stuff and never get the job done. Do not use them. call neering plumbing. Find a privately owned plumbing company that has plumbers on hourly wages not commission action was terrible. I spent $1200. They didnt have even equipment that worked...

  This month, a technician from Action came out and inspected my air conditioner, stating that a part was defective and the cost to repair it was $8,200. That seemed high to me. Then he gave me high pressure to get it repaired and called his boss that gave me high pressure. I told them I needed time to think about it. I did not trust the bid of $8,200 and all the sales pressure. I had a second company come over this week that got it fixed in just a few minutes and said one wire was loose and no parts were defective. I got it fixed and cleaned by the second company and saved $8000. Action was not honest with me and I got intense sales pressure from Action. If you get a bid from Action please get a second and even a third bid from other companies and or people you trust before moving forward with Action. I only had a lose wire and they wanted $8,200 to fix and the second company was honest with me and got it fixed and showed me the lose wire saving me $8,000. I am glad I did not go with Action and got more opinions.

  If I could give negative stars I would. In 2024 Action Plumbing DBA Connectionz Plumbing charged my credit card without my authorization for a "warranty" that I definitely was NOT aware that I had signed up for. I disputed the charge, had my credit card company reverse the charge, and told Action/Connectionz Plumbing, in no uncertain terms that I would NEVER EVER do business with them again no matter what the circumstances. I also advised them that I would tell everyone that I know about their shady business practices and not to do business with them. This morning, 5/5/2025, I received an alert from my credit card company. Action/Connectionz had tried to charge my credit card for $209.00 for this "warranty" that I told them a year ago that I didn't sign up for and did not want. Fortunately, they tried to post the charge to my old and expired card so it declined. I had to call them yet again to tell them to stop trying to charge me without authorization for a "warranty" that I did NOT authorize and DO NOT want. I let them know that if this happens again they will be contacted by my attorney. I hope that this review helps other people. I absolutely hate when businesses try to take advantage of customers. This company will try to do exactly that. Be warned!

  ****** . Look what the news says about them. They had an so called electrician sign checks for an elderly lady. **** one of the owners is hostile and fights with a customers if the little baby doesn't get his way. I left this crooked company in October and they still haven't paid me in my last check. The **************** which is useless is looking into this which I have my own attorneys. They force their employees to listen to LDS scriptures in meetings. Action Plumbing/24-hour Rooter connection and 24-hour restoration are Crooks stay away. **** ****** is a ***** all the Jordans that own these companies are ******

  1450 dollars price to install 2 90 degree and 6 feet of 4 inch pipe. Then reduced it to 450 dollars due to easy access. Then I had appointment for the water heater and 2 hours after they were supposed to be here the called and wanted to reschedule the appointment. Inflated prices and not very honest. Stay away from Action plumbing and heating, have a small business help.

  ******** customer service and horrible company for allowing! The technician that came out for a tune up tried to scare me into buying a brand new furnace. He told me HE would have to turn off my gas or I would get carbon monoxide poisoning! I told him I was going to get a 2nd opinion and he got very angry and accused me of not trusting him or Action Plumbing. After I got a 2nd opinion I do NOT trust the technician OR Action plumbing! ***** **** plumbing gave me a second opinion and looked over everything and assured me I will not get poisoned and treated me with respect and kindness something that the technician from Action certainly did not do! I will have to replace my furnace at some point, but will not use Action plumbing for anything ever again! If you are reading this review do not use Action plumbing!

  Don't use this company. I had a leak in the refrigerator water line that was an easy fix, but the plumber that came out started looking for other jobs. He said my main water line didn't have a water pressure on it, and I wasn't in code. So I had him put one on. Then, he said I needed a re-pipe. I got talked into that and then when I came to my senses that night, I called the next morning to cancel and he charged me a 24% cancellation fee that came to $6900. Had he just fixed the water line it would have only been $100, but he came in looking for more work. Never use this company. They are a rip off.

  This Company lied, they charged me $9,800.00 for an electrical job, and they did not complete the job, and half of my electrical in not working right, they want to charge me another $7,000.00 to fix the problem.

  Find someone else! ***** and *** were quick with the rooter but then they sent a sales man and he showed me a camera view of our house line going to the main line and it looked like the entire pipe line was filled with sewage and he made it seem that he couldn't get the camera past a certain point. so he kind of cornered us and made us feel like we had no option but to get the connection from the main line to the house repaired.So we went about a day or two without using any water in the house and they started digging. I expected there to be tons of sewage in the line when they broke it but there was none. no sewage in it at all. (See picture) just pipe and dirt. that was the first indication that I had gotten scammed. I asked the guy digging why there wasn't any sewage and he said it probably drained out. Well if it drained out, then there wasn't really a problem in the first place.They charged about $7,000 for that whole thing and it didn't matter that we couldn't afford it, they offered no alternatives.Then they convinced my wife that we needed to put in a liner which was another 10 grand. On top of this, their sister company 24hr restoration still hasn't finished replacing our tile in our basement and it has been over 2 months!!! They said they haven't heard from our insurance. My insurance agent today told me he has left several messages with them and they have not returned the call.So I am stuck with a huge bill I cannot afford and may have to sell my house to survive, and my basement is still torn apart.

  Do not use this company!!! They lie!!!! They overcharge you for things you dont need. And then after they fixed the job water was still coming in the wall. They had to come back out and charged me another $5000 for a totally different thing to fix. Im not sure if they caused the second issue to get more business. I would never use them ever again.
