    Action Plumbing tried to advantage of 2 senior woman and were not takin it!We had a drain problem awhile back and they sent out a wonderful plumber whi took good care of it and we were pleased. Then, Action suggested a Safety Inspection at no charge and it souned OK.However, after the inspection they didnt give us any kind of report or estimate, but just began replacing the electrical panel.Then comes the big surprise. A verbal nbill for $12,000. We never recieved a written estimate or an invoice - Just s demand for payment. Who runs a business like that? Action Plumbing. Beware!I did some research by calling similar companies and asked what this project would cost and I recieved estimates around $1,200.To top it off, yesterday, 3 ****** men come to our home demanding payment and trying to intimidate us. I told them to get out of out House. They said wed ne hearing from thier attorney. This is the scheme they run. Beware.One more personal detail. During a conversation prior to them beginning the work, one of the guys mentioned that my sister had dementia. I online say this to suggest **** thought they could get away with taking advantage of two older womens. This is shamful and this conpany should not be trusted.

    I don't even want to give them one star they came out to fix my AC told my wife that it needed 3.200.00 dollars worth of work and if she did it that it would fix the problem and also get us a year of coverage if anything else needed to be fixed the guy took our money didn't fix the problem then when he came back tells us it's going to be another thousand dollars to fix what he didn't fix in the first place it told him he needed to fix it and he just wanted to argue with me that I was not the home owner so he wasn't going to talk with me and he would have his manager call me after waiting for about a half hour I still didn't hear anything so 8 called the after hours number where the lady said she would reach out to one and see if they would call me I waited longer and still no call from the manager then I call back and some **** a** who tells me he owns the f****** company and that we pretty much got screwed from them THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH and I will NEVER use them or refer them to anyone not even my worst enemy they should be put out of business

    If there is an option to give no stars , this business will certainly qualify! The guys who came out working on upgrading our outside electrical panel broke our newly installed water pipe. After fixing it, they left a huge mess in our yard. We complained it to the manager, he said he would try to fix it and bring a bag of bark later. Then later became never. A day later after installing the panel inside, the guys not only left two huge cracks on the wall but tons of trash in the utility room. We could not believe how bad the workmanship is, and were left speechless! If that was all they did, they would still get a star for their efforts. But what they did later was even worse!. Later they came to checkout our AC and do maintenance per membership benefits, the guys who came no only didnt do any maintenance job, but he gave us a list of problems that we should do and quote us 7k. One thing on the list was ac is low on freon. At this point, We called another company for a second opinion. After checking out our AC and performing a throughout vacuuming to the furnace, the guy from the other company told us our ac freon level is at exactly where it should be! And then one by one he checked the list of problems the Action guy gave us and told us the real information we need to know. And all that work was for zero dollar. To all the reviewers out there: this company is dishonest to begin with, I dont believe in a second that the management does not know these lying behaviors from their employees. Yet they did nothing. They simply take advantage of customers trust and lack of knowledge of *************************, ac, ******************** etc. etc. We are sickened on how lack of integrity those guys are! The second, the workmanship of this company is c*** They either dont have the right skill or they simply dont care. They are just so very bad! It has cost us arm and leg to learn a ******* but you dont have to. Please please Do not trust what they quote you, always seek a second opinion.

    Action Plumbing failed to finish a job and left a mess behind in the job they did do. Action Plumbing was tasked with replacing some old piping from one end of my parent's house to the other, along with replacing two toilets. Action Plumbing did not finish the job and after failing to respond to phone calls asking for Action Plumbing to come and finish it, we found we needed to contact a second plumbing company to come in to finish the job. Along with not finishing up the initial plumbing job, Action Plumbing left a mess including broken ceiling tiles, a light ballast that no longer works in the ceiling, water damaged tiles, ripped linoleum from replacing the toilet and a large hole in a bedroom wall. Along with leaving the mess and unfinished work, they told my parents that the work had been done and had my mother sign off on it. My mother had just had surgery and was on pain medications, so she was unable to walk downstairs and check out their work. She took them at their word. It was very unprofessional and disappointing that they would not finish the job and left a mess as well as attempting to con a old couple out of their money when they could not really afford this and had to spend more on calling in a second plumber.

    Absolutely horrible workmanship. Disconnected furnace and reinstalled it, less than $50 in materials. Less than 6hrs. Charged $5,000. Furnace is now not level, ac coil not level ac drain sloping the wrong way. They taped the furnace to the ducting. Before the furnace was scewed to the ducting and had s-joints on the ducts.Within a half an hour their tape is coming off.

    What I can say is their 1/5 Star Rating isn't reflective of their entire team and that's the issue now adays with reviews. **** from their team, not only was an incredible human being, but refused to leave; until he rectified the plumbing issue at my home. He acted like my 70-year old home was his.He is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of how an employee should behave and carry themselves on the jobsite. Don't overlook people like him; he's the one who will eventually dominate life because of his work ethics, and you'll be down the epitome of an employee. Train your people to be LIKE HIM!!

    Action called my cell and offered me a free cleaning service for my furnace. The two technicians inspected the furnace and reported that they were getting 48ppm of ** being produced at the ** coil in the furnace stack. The technician warned me that it was a dangerous level, that the heat exchanger was cracked, and shut off the gas to my furnace without asking me. He also told me to open my doors and windows. He then scheduled a visit that day with a salesperson to get me a new furnace. Then they left. I then contacted *************** to have them evaluate my furnace. The technician from DE measured no ** in the house and only 11ppm in the furnace exhaust. 0ppm in the ** coil. This was taken while the furnace was running, the same as when Actions technician did it. I called and cancelled the sales visit from Action. The next day I received multiple phone calls from the Action technician. On the one call I took, he again reiterated that my family was in danger and that I needed to replace the furnace. I explained that we were unable to reproduce what he found and he said we were wrong. This is a simple case of Action fear mongering to get me to spend thousands on a new furnace that I didn't need. I wish I had read the review on here before I worked with them.

    Action came to our house for a free to furnace tuneup, and they told us that there was carbon monoxide leaking through the furnace to our house at levels that normally the fire department would show up for. They told us to turn off our furnace and that we were so lucky nothing bad had happened to our family and that they could have someone Installing a new furnace that evening for $10,500. We had two other HVAC guys come look at it that day and test for carbon monoxide levels and then we even had questar come and check for carbon monoxide levels. All three people who were in our home, said there was no carbon monoxide and that action was just trying to scam us with scare tactics. I wonder how many times theyve tried to do this with other people and because they are playing on peoples fears in the middle of winter, they pay an exorbitant amount of money for a furnace because they want to protect their families.

    I was in desperate need of my sewer main repaired. It was completely clasped. Acton did come and got me repaired real quick.. however the communication was not good at all. I had no one call me to let me know if and when I could run water or flush the toilet. They signed me up for a renewable membership in which I did not know they did and it renews every year at $209!!!! They sent techs out to service my heater and electrical. OMG..... the tech told me I need $8000 worth of upgrades to my heater after I just had a new one installed 11 months ago. That was just the heating system. The tech that came out to service my electrical tools me I need $31,000 worth of work and that my electrical panel had already caught fire and that it wouldn't last more than 2 days!!!! The tech then pulled up a discern l finance company that would cost me $391 a year!!! Right there...fear and manipulation sales tactic!!! Upserd!!!! I just put out over $28,000 for a new sewer main and now you're telling me another $50K!! Like I just have that amount of money sitting around to be used!! I had two companies come and and they were completely different and did not use FEAR SALES TATICS!!! I called Action to let them know and the operator did not seem to concerned!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE!!!!Plus when I got the quote for my plumbing it was $24k, but when I told them my loan was for$28K then the price changed to that. Very unprofessional in every way!!

    On Friday, I paid for my sewer line to be scoped. They rec. a hydrojet and follow up with a scope to be sure it's okay The hydrojet was completed. They did not compl the follow up scope on Friday. They said the employee had a family emergency but not to worry because we wouldn't have an issue. ************************************************************************************************************************************************* my line. It was now a weekend and a holiday. We believe if the follow up scope had been compl on Friday, we would have had the opportunity to find other options, such as going to the home improvement store and purchasing a snake to compl the task on our own. Instead, we were now in a situation on a holiday. It was extra fees, due to the holiday. As we were unable to discuss the matter and negotiate a solution with a mgr, we had to resolve the problem, and wait to speak with a manager on Monday about waiving the higher fee, which could have been avoided had the completed the follow up scope on Friday. We called and talked to their mgr ****, he wouldn't acknowledge the fact they didn't come and finish the job and said he wasn't replacing our sewer line for free, he talked to us in a very unprofessional manner. We stated all I wanted was a discount on the emergency services I had to pay for because they wouldn't honor the fact they charged me for a service and only did half of it. **** was not interested in any level of professionalism or customer service. He consistently interrupted and refused to address or acknowledge that the delay of performing the second scope created a situational crisis on a holiday weekend. He consistently interrupted and made statements like, "No one is going to roll around your s*** for free!". He knew we never asked for free service, he knew we were only asking for a refund of the higher fee for weekend/ holiday service, which wouldn't have been necessary if they had completed the job on Friday.
