    I'm in the truck industry since 2018, I factored with lots of factoring companies. England Logistics it's by far the worst company I have ever seen. They will charge you a small fee but they will take you outta business with all their "confirmation process" and they will take longer than billing the brokers directly. Don't make this mistake and get fooled by the low commission. Worst customer service I have ever seen. If you are a carrier or owner operator keep yourself away from England **************** factoring.

    This is the worst factoring company I have ever had, be aware guys, always delays with money, a lot of verifications asking, load verification, price verification, no damage verification this is crazy! This job has to be in their side, I submit clean BoL and RC the rest of it should their job! But not! they asking a lot of verification and confirmations etc. and your money everytime delay, even If I send verifications from the brokers, sometimes they blind don't see it I need to resend ten times and calling, when I called them the office clerks seems like flying somewhere they don't know what they are doing and even where they are!Guys believe me I have all proves in my emails. If they would give me 0% fees I would stay away, because stress and your health much valuable! It was one of my happiest day when my contract ended! Stay away ! Stay Away! Stay Away!

    We are a small trucking company, recently we set up with England factoring. I would not recommend them! Please stay away!! After we start sending them the invoices we find out they put a limit on the amount we may factor per broker, I the agreement we signed is notion said about any limit!! They are holding our money for no reasons without even responding to your emails or phone calls!! Our **** is not responding to email or phone calls!!! We are on o verge of going out of business because of them!

    Writing this review to express our utmost disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional and unfair business practices exhibited by **************************** customer Shoe Carnival . The incident(s) involving the discrepancy in not accurately putting the correct arrival time on our drivers BOL by Shoe Carnival Vendors. There shipper's (Vendors) refusal to rectify their mistake of correcting drivers actual arrival time has compelled us to take immediate action.We have decided to terminate all freight services provided to England Logistics. It is abundantly clear that our commitment to excellence and punctuality is not reciprocated or valued by your organization.There nonchalant response regarding the shipper's erroneous time entry and the anti-carrier attitude displayed over and over in their responses to our emails , your inability to guarantee any resolution demonstrates a lack of concern for the integrity of our partnership and the welfare of our drivers. We refuse to accept such disrespectful treatment and the financial losses incurred as a result of your inability to address this issue adequately.Moving forward, we will be actively seeking partnerships with companies that prioritize professionalism, transparency, and mutual respect. Our commitment to providing exceptional freight services will be directed towards organizations that appreciate and reciprocate our dedication.This decision is final, and there will be no reconsideration. We will not subject our drivers and our company to further instances of unjust treatment. Your organization's blatant disregard for our drivers' punctuality and the refusal to ensure proper compensation for their delays is utterly unacceptable.We bid farewell to any future collaboration with England Logistics, hoping they reflect upon the repercussions of your unfair practices and take steps to rectify them for the sake of your future partnerships.

    I'm when using this factory company since **** with so many problems and after so many years I tell myself I can't handle them their service anymore. So I decided to cancel my contract but they not Responding my email because they said I need to contact them by email only. And they not reply my email since over months. And my work got stuck because I need Release letter from them. But how if they not response so finally I'm going to court and paying to lawyer so I can get my Release letter. Now choice is your I tell how they work.

    England ******* Services wont terminate my contract even thought I wrote a emails 30 days before my contracted ended. But They ignore my calls emails and they are having me under my will. And one day they said we already renew yours contract for 1 year Im stressed and they u cant cancel now .They are causing emotional damage to a point where I cant sleep I don't have peace . all day trying to resolve this issue. They loot my money last 3 years Im in so stressed finally I closed my company 2022 I already told them by email phone call my company closed in march 2022 but no answer back me yet plz be careful everyone dont take contact with them

    ***************************** worst customer service. I dont understand why theyre keeping her. I never got an updated rc and she reported a freight guard on us. As a small company this is huge hit to our business. Weve tried to come up with solution but they dont answer calls or responds to email. My layer have Jenner info and company. We plan on moving forward with legal action. Very unacceptable
