We sat through the presentation on April 25, 2024. It was a great presentation, so much so we were convinced to buy a package. After going through the contract negotiations and signing, I got online and started looking at the properties they actually let you rent rather, than the beauties they show you in the presentation. After seeing them, we cancelled the membership within the appropriate timeframe. They did provide us with the free week vacation for attending the online presentation, from which we just returned. The property is advertised as their ******* location. It is located well outside of ******* near ***************. If you want to see it, look up ****************. It is a three story (no elevator), long building with rooms located around both sides. No check-in, just a code for the door lock. It is old and dilapidated. The rooms are *****, dark and simply not very pleasant. Quite honestly, after doing the research on the properties they represent, it wasn't surprising. There look to be some abandoned vehicles parked outside and also some of the people staying there may actually be living there; they were doing mechanical work on their cars in the lot. Not many rooms were occupied, for good reason. No housekeeping provided at all. Beds are more like double sized cots. Furniture is questionable to sit on. Water dripped from the shower and sink constantly. AC/heating unit not very reliable. Hopefully this will give you an idea of what you get when you agree to the presentation and either accept the one week vacation for attending or buy a membership (please don't). In other words, don't fall for either.

This company is on credit report and have taken money from my account for 3 years after the concord company said my account was closed for $134.00 month. They have lied and scammed my husband and myself and have been reporting to credit bureaus false information showing balance is still owed even the account has been closed since 2021. The fees are added on to your account balance even though have never used and when was questioned they said to call to cancel however no one will return the call to talk to anyone. This is a scam don't fall for their stuff and the gift for travel was a voucher that the company won't allow you to use without paying all the fees to you use which is more than the tickets to purchase without the payment.

I agreed to do 1 of their sessions. I was told a date, but then they didn't send the information. Was told not to worry, they would reschedule and still honor the deal. A second person called back and even said he would throw in extra tickets, but there is no recording of that call. I told them I would be interested in the trip to **********. I live in ** and am a passholder to ************. I attend the meeting. Sounds great. I really want to sign up, but right now is not the right time. Of course that means my cost will double if I change my mind. I get the voucher, and that is the next issue. I don't get the extra tickets AND the CLOSEST airport for me to fly out of is 8 hours away!! They just got the rights to sell in **. I was told they would email me back. I was left hanging. I called. Am promised a call back. I was told by the agency (not ***) that books the vacations that my 3 options were to travel to a participating airport (*******), book to ****** World, or cancel. The *** rep said that the airports should have been updated since FL can now be sold to and promised to call back. It has been a week. No call or email. Total waste of my time! I should have been told up front about select airports. I should have not had my time wasted. And, if this is how they treat customers, I am thankful I didn't sign up!

This experience here was way better than my experience with timeshare companies. With Global Travel network they just require you to do a ******************************************************* person during your vacation. It was way easier and was so nice to get it done before our vacation.

My husband and I did the presentation and got our vacation! It was about 2 hours just over zoom. Way better than doing it during our vacation time!

Warning about this company. We paid $40 up front to attend a 2 hour sales pitch with the promise of a week long vacation. After a couple of months of run around, they could not provide the free vacation at the location we desired, but if we paid an extra $400-$500 we could probably get that location. Seems like a nice bait and switch tactic. They could not produce the vacation as promised and have refused to refund the $40.

This was my first time participating in something like this so I was a bit nervous at first but they were all helpful in answering my questions! I got my vacation and would definitely recommend.

We met with some representatives at our local home show where they told us of some deals that sounded too good to be true, and it we paid $40 we would be invited to a zoom call to explain the program more to us. We signed up, but I definitely had an uneasy feeling about the process because I felt very pressured to sign up (I should've just stood my ground and not signed up). But after reading a few reviews we saw some that really turned us off to working with this organization, so my wife called asking for a refund (we later remembered the $40 was non-refundable). The next day a rep called talking us into still working with them and how we still have the free vacation and such, but this time I was resolute in saying no. He called me a clown and hung up the phone on me. I can't say from personal experience if the virtually free vacation was a legit offer from them, but if their phone rep is going to call me a clown on the phone then they will not get my business.

Im surprised about the negative reviews i see. i had a great experience with them and have already recommended them to family members. i got my vacation for just sitting through the presentation. its worth a shot for the cheap vacation! all i had to do was pay the taxes which were not bad compared to what i actually got out of it. thank you all again for the opportunity!
