      I am very unhappy with this company. I understand that the time to cancel a policy is 3 days, but I called 3 days to late and they would not do any form of compromise. I looked ** hotel rates in a few areas and a few hotels in those areas and the rates with this plan were at least $50 more a night then booking without this plan. I expressed that to ******* I spoke to about canceling and she basically said that I was out of luck and I could pay more to upgrade. Why would I want to pay more to upgrade when it was not good to begin with! So now I am stuck with this plan that I will not even use. They said they are big on customer service but so far I have not had a good experience with them.

      Wow, thanks Global Travel Network. We waited until we actually got the vacation we were promised. What a trip to ******. I mean it was off-season but it was so much fun because no one was in town, we practically had it to ourselves. Also, we are now members and have used it twice since purchasing a membership back in February. 10/10

      My husband and I sat through a 90 minute Zoom presentation on 11/11/23 in order to receive the trip we won. We had a pleasantly nice experience and (still do) see value in being a member. However, we were not informed that there would be a NINETEEN PERCENT interest fee to finance. Going through the sales process, we were promised a monthly payment of $188. They rush you through the contract without mentioning any finance charge whatsoever. We were told to wait a week to use our membership, once we received a call from corporate. I didn't receive that call for 10 days, and upon attempting to cancel, we were referred to review our contract. It wasn't until 11/24 that I saw in the fine print that we are subject to ****% interest. Again, this was not mentioned in our sales meeting as we were walked through the contract, nor was it notated next to where we initialed. On top of that, the contract states you have 3 days to cancel, except we were told to wait 7 days to do anything as we waited for the call from corporate. Obviously, we do understand that we should have gone back over the contract after receiving our copy. But this is an incredibly deceptive business practice and we would not recommend buying into this program if you do not have the cash upfront to pay for it. We were really excited about this membership, but now we feel manipulated and lied to and are really disappointed.

      Despite initial reservations due to past timeshare company experiences, we took a chance and were pleasantly surprised. The entire process was conducted over Zoom, which made it incredibly convenient. The team was respectful, and there was no sense of pressure. It turned out to be a worthwhile investment of ********.

      I had a great experience working with Global Travel Network! I was iffy about them at first but decided it could be worth sitting through the 90 minute zoom presentation in exchange for a vacation we have been wanting to take... We gave it a try and it was so worth it. We were able to get an amazing vacation to ****** which we would not have been able to do without the *** deal. They were totally transparent & honest about the process & were helpful with the thousands of questions we asked!

      I booked this reservation. Then I found out my husband had to work. Then looked at the reservation they sent and didn't find a contact email. So I called and wait 25 minutes for someone to answer. No one answered I eventually hung up. I didn't find any email or fax number to let them know I had to cancel this reservation from 9/28/23 - 10/6/2023, sun I attempted to cancel on. 9/13/2023.When I originally booked this reservation, it said specifically that there were no refunds of any kind. It DIDN'T SAY, you can buy this insurance to bypass the no refund policy "That's why I didn't buy the insurance in the first place." Then the *************** up on me today.I didn't buy the insurance plan because it said, "....no acts of God will be given a refund for any circumstance", so why bother buying their insurance?? This makes no sense. Please see attached. We have Lifetime Membership.We ONLY signed up because we looked up 12 locations near national parks within reasonable driving distance, but then after spent $7000 dollars plus" none of these locations actually showed up in their "Live Inventory" and none were anywhere near national parks. (*********, **********, *********** NP, ************ NP, ************ NP, ************ NP, ******** NP, ******** NP, *****************, etc.). We like to hike and observe nature and wildlife plus I am an avid nature photographer. Also, when i brought up the concern of "Special Buys" (See attached) were were $99.00 (which are NO MORE), I got tricked/mislead to an "upgraded membership" which is actually is not. It was a, sales pitch. They are almost always more fees after you book a condo reservation and many of the places charge more (resort fees, sometimes daily, only one set of towels will be provided.We have been screwed on our current membership which costs us $7000.00 plus for a lifetime membership.

      It has been 5 months and we still have not recieved our free vacation we were promised. And everytime we look to book a trip there is nothing available near where we want to go

      *****, Following your Zoom meeting on February 9th we did email the check-in sheet that needs to be filled out in order to receive your promotional vacation package. We did also resend that today for you. As discussed when we scheduled your meeting over the phone and at the conclusion of the Zoom meeting, once that is filled out and submitted our gifting team will process it and then deliver your vacation certificate to you within 3-4 weeks. Also, after looking into your membership questions it looks like there are multiple emails that were given so that *** be contributing to some confusion.

      I sat through a 90-minute zoom call with Global Travel Network. They promised me 4 days and 3 nights Oahu vacation with airfare. They said the vacation information would be in an email sent 48 hours later. This was on Wed. Feb 15th that I did the zoom call. They never sent an email. I've called the numbers given and they say due to Covid that the offices are now closed. The recruiters telephone number also has been disconnected. This company seems to be fraudulent.

      *********,I am sorry that you haven't reached us. A couple of our offices did shut down due to covid, however our remote office is still up and running. We sent you an email regarding your promotion and I just replied to that email. If you can fill out the form in the email your promotion will be emailed to you.

      I've been a member of GTN with my wife for about 4 years. I also recently referred two friends (couples) - one decided to become members with ** and the other didn't. The one who didn't just got back from their ******************* and zero issues whatsoever. They wanted to join but it just wasn't the right time. I was asked to write this review by the company as for some reason the negative reviews have been "high" I guess especially by people mostly who didn't complete their tours or whatever. Drive me nuts as we LOVE our Global Travel membership. We travel all the time now, and crazy deals. 60, 70% off almost always when being strategic about the options. Literally ****** for pennies on the dollar at times. So people should try first before they comment. Again, drives me nuts.

      We were scared of this because of some previous experiences with timeshare companies but I am really happy we gave it a try. Everyone we dealt with was respectful and we didn't feel any pressure plus it was over zoom so that made it really easy. It was worth every minute of our time! Can't wait to get to ****!
