      We purchased our furnace/AC from Superior 4 years ago. 2 months ago we were not getting cold air from the *** We called another repair company for a Tuneup. Big mistake. The tech who came out could not figure out the problem and after 4 hours of troubleshooting she said she would refer it to another tech cause she was late for an appointment (she was getting married the next day). So the next day another tech came out and figured it was our circuit board and he would have to get it the following day. Our unit was still under warranty but this company doesnt do the warranties so we would have to pay up front and then send the bill to ******. It was over $900. We decided to call Superior since they had installed. They came the next day(Saturday). ******** agreed that the circuit board needed replacing but Superior works with warranty so I didnt have to pay up front. They also suggested installing a surge protector which we did. That was in September. In October we turned on our furnace and there errors on the smart thermostat. It finally started working but I noticed the fan would come on and off repeatedly and we really werent getting great warming. I called Superior to come and look at it and the next day ******** came. She immediately noticed a gas smell. There was a leak in the original pipes. She replaced that but then the furnace continued its same off/on cycles that I had been noticing for the last month. She determined it was a faulty thermostat which was still under warranty. She replaced that but there were still some issues with turning off and on . ******** found a controller just hanging inside the unit. She had not been in that part of the furnace so we assume it must have been from the first company. She fixed that and everything is working well. ******** really knows her stuff.

      ******* was quick and efficient. Plus he went above and beyond expectations! When he saw the pressure value needed replaced, he re-piped it for more efficiency. And didn't charge for his extra labor. Absolutely recommend this company. They got the work done and worked overtime, and still kept the cost reasonable. Fair. Efficient. With great integrity!

      My household has dealt with Superior Water & Air for a few things over a period of time, so this isn't just a one time issue. I strongly believe they are inflating their reviews because it just seems very suspicious. Mine can not be the only negative experience because cost would be the same for others as well. My latest issue had to do with getting some parts replaced (under warranty) for our water heater, one piece was causing the main issue and the other 2 should just be fixed because eventually it will be a problem. For about 3 hours of work it cost $2200 (again under warranty, so this is for labor.) After I received the signed invoice/estimate, there was a charge of about $500 for a rush fee, because I had requested it. Well, I didn't. I wasn't told there would be a rush fee, the installer said he would see if they have the parts and call back to schedule an appointment. There was NEVER any mention that I would have to pay a fee for them coming back that quickly. I understand SW&A needs to make a profit, however, their cost of labor is absolutely ridiculous! And, yep it's my fault for signing the tablet, I learned my ******* But part of the issue is that the installer could have told me that I was being charged for this and what it meant. I strongly feel this was deceitful! And it's ridiculous that the 3 things I had replaced (UNDER WARRANTY) were treated separately, they could have at least merged them together because the installer was only having to come once, and take things apart already for the main problem. I should have had SW&A come back 3 separate times to get my monies worth. I already paid for the service and just have to deal with it, but I wanted to share my experience with other people and hopefully they can avoid this costly mistake.

      Ethan came out and installed our water softener and water purifier. There were some complexities due to how our home was built but Ethan stayed until the job was done and did a great job. We love our new water systems
