      Mark F**** did an excellent job of removing old water heater and installing a Tankless Water heater System Very professional and detail oriented. Very satisfied with the finished product.

      **** and ***** (the 2 superior water employees) did a pretty good job very clean job and after we checked everything works pretty good on a score of 1 to 10 me and my wife give them a 10 thanks guys.

      Got my new hot water in today !From yesterday registration with ****************** was fast efficient.He said it would take about 4/ he did it done with in that time frame.Only thing I would say that was not efficient with the company and the worker.Lack of communication where I made most of the phone calls to them, 3 were when is my worker coming as he was 4 hours late. I don't mind if someone is late as long as I'm notified by the company or the worker. Also I understand that this is a busy time of year.However I'm happy to have a nice new hot water heater and so our my renters.Thank you

      Superior has serviced/replace two of our water softening systems and we’re very happy with them so when it came time for a heating/air conditioning replacement we called them for a bid. Jason came out the same day I called and gave me a clear accurate bid; just like the water softener division did. Tyler called the next day. He was scheduled for Wednesday but said he could come later that day, two days early. In two days I had a new heat pump pumping away and fully explained buy friendly competent installers. No complaints and great service.

      The service tech was prompt. He installed my water softner. He was very kind and answered all my questions. The install was quick and looks clean. Highly recommend.
