      Continuing part malfunctions that require me to replace after purchasing; very poor record of dependability based on my experiences as well as conversations with several other "former" Traeger grill owners!

      They do not stand by their warranty Ive owned trigger pro 22 for a year and a half barrel has more paint missing, then has left on it Traeger says this is cosmetic and will not warranty. My next purchase will be a pit boss with more features for less money *************************** *******

      I own a pro series 575 and it will be my last Traeger product. We moved from ***** (where we purchased it) to ****** ******. The only dealer on the island is a hardware store that wont order us a part. The chimney was bent and broken when our things were delivered. I called. I begged. The grill is under warranty. I was willing to pay every time in shipping for a new chimney. Nope, you dont ship to ******. But you sell your grills here. Theres nothing you can do for me. I need to convince them to order the part. Thats what I was told. I could order the part, have it shipped to family in ******* and they can ship it to me, but why make them pay for Traeger laziness. I will never, ever support Traegers business. And I will make **** sure no one I know purchases a Traeger. My grill will be on its way to the dump, less than a year old. And $1000 down the drain. Thanks Traeger!

      I will never buy Traeger products again. I have 2 Traeger smokers and the auger in one of them broke away from the motor. I video chatted with a rep and she agreed that she had never seen that happen. After telling the lady that I use my one smoker to make dog treats she came back and denied my claim due to commercial use. She told me she could help me order the part which was only *****. I've only had this smoker for 6-7 months and there is no way my dog treats made the auger break away from the motor. A ***** part just lost you a once loyal customer to your products. Never ever ever ever buy Traeger, save your money. I wish I had the option to choose 0 stars for this product.

      My treager grill went out in about a year. Contacted customer support and they sent me a link to purchase defective part. Are you serious. $800 dollar grill and it breaks in a year. Had a pitt boss for three years and went out and they sent me a new part. Don’t waste money on treager grill.

      Dont spend the money. Mine is a year old and the cheap powder coating on the outside is bubbling and peeling. I contacted them and they said its cosmetic, my warranty doesnt cover it and it wont affect the integrity of the smoker. I dont care. People dont pay that kind of money for it to look like c*** in a year. Especially when its always covered. I work for the largest coating producer in the world and Id be disappointed if ****************** was this bad. I will never buy another one. Especially when there is better quality out there for a cheaper price and Im sure they have good customer service.

      Terrible, horrible customer service. My grill arrived damaged. Couldn't tell until we un packaged it partially. I had to spend 3 hours with their support to get a replacement. First, every call back I requested would call back, but hang up on me before I got person on the phone. So I tried that a few times, then went to chat. The agent quite literally took **** minutes to answer every chat. And then all I would get were answers like "I am sorry you're having problems". Um, ok, great, what are you going to do to help me? It took over an hour with this person just to get her to get the return/replacement process started.Now, my husband's birthday gift is way late, (I am getting the replacement 2 weeks after I reported the issue, because it took them 5 more days just to ship it). We have a damaged grill taking up space in our garage, which no one has called to pick up. I don't have room for both grills, and I already reported that no one has picked up the damaged one or called about it a week ago. I am on with them again now. It's been almost an hour in the chat, no resolution, I asked to have a supervisor call. No response. Apparently the agent is waiting for a supervisor? This might be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a company, and that is saying a lot because have had some terrible experiences.Do not buy their products, go elsewhere.

      After many years of consideration we attended a Traeger demo at a local dealer. The guy was smooth, even convinced ** to abandon our plan to purchase a far more costly Rectec out of ******. We ended up purchasing the Ironwood 885 in advance of a wedding reception for which we were going to provide all the meats from our AWESOME Traeger. Get it home, put it all together and begin the seasoning process. Within a few minutes, smoke begins billowing from the lid- this shouldnt be? they assured us of a tight seal, consistent temperature! So after troubleshooting (which entails loosening the lid screws) we contact online customer service. Long story short-ish, the gracefully set up a replacement lid but I tell them, so how does that help us for tomorrow??A coupon for some pellets perhaps? You know, after spending **** for a grill that doesn't work, it seemed like the least.Nope. we're getting stickers. Yayyy **** stickers.Thanks Traeger ??

      I have been contacting them for nearly a year to resolve a warranty item but they keep requiring me to go through the same bs steps instead of just fixing it. Over $2,000 for this unit and under a year, but still wont fix a problem.
