    Hello, on June 2nd I received an email stating the my *********** app was deactivated. It did not states any specific reason to why just said "Your account was reviewed by our internal team. Suspicious activity was found on your *********** account which violates our Terms of Use; therefore, the account remains deactivated. Any pending submissions for Cash Back Offers have been withheld." I am missing $20 in total that was not rewarded. I use the app currently and feel that it is unfair the my account was deactivated for no reason. I have seen other people get their account deavtived for no reason aswell and this is very frustrating. The emailed used to create this claim is the same email as my *********** app account.

    I'm logging a complaint against Coupons.com I received a response on my phone that my account was deactivated due to suspicious activity. There was nothing suspicious on my account . I use coupons.com everyday to save and make ends meet. I feel that I was singled out because of this. I want my account reactivated and I want the funds that I submited for to be honored . I give the ok to punlicly list this complaint so others can see. I feel that if you are a hugh saver, they pin point and deactivate the account for those simple reasons.

    I’ve been trying to establish a new password because I forgot the old one for about a week now. All I get is an error code . I cannot sign on to my existing account to participate with this app . I need assistance with this. I cannot reach out to the customer care team because I can sign on this is ridiculous.

    I have used this rebate app for years now and never a problem, now all of a sudden my account has been deactivated. I really enjoyed the savings with the app, since things are moving toward digital. I noticed that I got an email before the deactivation about an old receipt that I had uploaded. People make mistakes and when you shop a lot and have lots of receipts they can be hard to keep up with! I certainly did not do anything to deserve a deactivation and I would greatly appreciate my account back in good standing please.

    Have submitted 2 receipts to coupons.com for purchases made. was told that payment would arrive within 7 business days but has not arrived yet. Sent a message to their customer service, to get a reply stating that my rebates were being held and my account had suspicious activity. Asked for clarification and got no reply. Have used this app regularly over the past 8 months and never had any suspicious activity. currently they are holding $20+ worth of rebates for no reason, app is showing automatic redemption approved and refund due of $19.75. And another submission of $1.25 which was rejected for unknown reasons even after following their request to re submit 2 additional times.

    I’ve been using the Coupons.com app for about a year and it now is giving me an error code of 4498 anytime I try to login. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. There’s money on my account that I have not been awarded yet. I submitted an inquiry but haven’t heard back. I just want to know why it’s not working and to get the money I’m owed for the purchases I made.

    I opened a case with Coupons.com. I recently was locked out of my account without any reason stated. After multiple attempts to get an explanation, I was finally contacted and let know that my account had suspicious activity and that I had violated the terms. I was then encouraged to read the Terms of Use. I have responded several times asking for specifics on which term was violated but I continue to get the same canned response. So far no one has been able to reference which term I violated that flagged my account as suspicious. I find it unethical that a company would end a consumer relationship without notification and specific explanation, especially when asked several times over. Yes, the Terms state that a violation could end in deactivation of the account without notifying the consumer. However, why can no one explain in further detail what term was specifically violated? Thank you.

    Coupons.com offers a rebate for the purchase of Purina One kitten dry cat food 3lb or higher. They sent text link to follow for the receipt. Months ago they also had offer, I had a store receipt I took photo submitted it each time was try again. I emailed coupons.com I was told to submit it that way I kept sending receipt in. In meantime they send text do I want $2 rebate. After so many attempts I was not getting my rebate I asked 1 more time they said it's no longer valid! Now, Purina sends me emails cat products. They had rebate for $2 for buying Purina one kitten dry cat food, again. I got text to follow link again, I take screenshot of my order/receipt! Again not accepting my receipt. It doesn't have a list on what's not accepted. I find this is some way a fraud that they do not want to honor this rebate. Because months ago they said was passed the expiration date even though there was no specific expiration date listed. So my next step is for you to investigate if they're legit or just a scam to get any info??? I've used coupons.com for shopping through printed out coupons, then that was another issue where I'd print out nothing, no coupons, just what catagories. They said I had to go through the app & then sign up for emails & list phone number for coupons, printing coupons doesn't work. The digital coupons to link to stores shoppers card listed, that was useless it was same coupons the stores already can load to their shoppers cards. But this one for rebate on products purchased is false advertising! I buy the cat foods anyway but it is nice to save a few dollars as they've gotten very expensive. Thank you for your time & effort to look into this matter as you might feel it's so insignificant, compared to so many other issues.
