      Do not purchase these if your child has accidents. Pull *** are better. I explained to the people how little the peejamas absorbed. They requested photos to make sure I purchased the correct size. I sent them pics of my child wearing them and they confirmed that I did get the correct fit.but THEY STILL REFUSED A REFUND! Pull *** are fine and work well!

      The WORST customer service EVER. I ordered and didn't get for 6 months. By the time I got them, my son was night trained and didn't need them. it took me 5 emails to get a response on how to return. I did return and got confirmation they received them and processed my return, and then they emailed me to say they never got the merchandise. I can't tell you how much time I have spent dealing with them. Out of principle I refuse to eat the loss. This company is a nightmare and should go out of business. Also, there are better ways to night train so I'm actually glad i didn't resort to this option.

      This company is fraudulent. They need to be closed down permanently.I pre-ordered an item in January and they have continued to push out my shipment date and blame it on the poor quality items that arrived from overseas.I am reporting them as fraudulent to my credit card company. Terrible customer service and false promises.
