    I placed order ********* on November 25th, 2021 - 2 shirts and some glow putty for my children. They charged the full amount, in US dollars Nov 28, but did not ship the full order. I have a shirt Im waiting for, and the order stays says Unfortunately this product is no longer for sale so it cannot be reordered. So only one child gets one. They have not provided an eta or refund, my order is still pending. I would like the shirt, but if they cant ship it, I would like a refund. I have sent 3 emails over the past month, left a voicemail, and tried to contact them on social media, none of which they have responded to. I just dont want to pay for something Im not getting.

    The item remaining in this customer's order is stocked out, unfortunately. We contacted the customer and issued a refund and reached out to her to apologize for the delay in resolution. In addition, we provided her with a promotion code for a future order.

    We had ordered about 8 items from the del sol website. After ordering we found that we had accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same glasses and only wanted 1 of those. We tried calling as soon as we had realized so we could have it fixed before it was shipped. They told us that they would not be able to see the order right away to call back in an hour or so. We called back later and was told that they still could not see it and that they would call me back when it came through. They never called back and we called back a couple days later when we got back from vacation and they told us it had already shipped. So this was super frustrating but not near as bad as the rest of our experience. They gave us directions to be able to return the item. We did so and returned it within days of getting the instructions. Its now been 3 weeks and no refund has been submitted and no responses to our emails or phone calls. None of this would be an issue if they replied to our email or called us back in the last few weeks. The **** gave us a tracking # so we would know that they had received the package and they did on Nov. 7th 2022. When calling the phone number on their website it does not give you an option to talk to anyone. They tell you to contact them from the website, which we have several times without a reply back. It's now Nov. 29th **************************************************************************** their email that told us how to return the item. After explaining everything to the rep. she then forwarded me to a voicemail instead of trying to help me in any way. Bad communication is one thing but no communication is even worse. We just want our money refunded for the glasses we returned.

    We have since contacted the customer and apologized and initiated the refund.
