      I had a commercial policy with this company for a year. I tried to renew it, but they are refusing due to a personal conflict with one of their employees and myself and a serious misinformation from my Agent. My agent misinformed Prime with confidential information that was between myself and my agent. They are singling me out for no reason and because of this my company is losing thousands of dollars a day. They are the only company that insures amphibious vehicles at a reasonable rate and they are not renewing my policy due to one of their employees having an unknown issue with me. I've never had a claim, I have a clean driving record and my only other chance is with the **************** insurance program which will place my customers at high risk since they will not give me the coverage I need that I had with Prime. There is absolutely no reason that I should be in this situation and nobody is willing to help out.

      Since June of 2022 I have been trying to be made whole after a truck hit my parked car and I have made many attempts to contact them leave phone messages send paperwork requested and get no response from them!! Please investigate this company and my complaint thanks
