      Rock came from dump truck they insured adn cracked my windshield. I filed a police report because the truck driver would not pull over and actually drove recklessly to get away. I filed a claim with Prime. Their agent called me back and after a discussion of the occurrence, told me it was my duty to prove the rock came from their insured. Since I did not have video evidence, they were denying the claim. She got VERY agitated when she realized she was on speaker phone and hung up on me. What I really want to do is drive around behind dump trucks cracking my windshield. Horrible. One star is too good for them.

      Were sorry to hear that *** ******** is unhappy, but the cause of his concern seems to be with the American legal system and not with Prime or the trucking company that Prime insures. In accordance with the law, *** ******** must prove his claim by a preponderance of the evidence. While his testimony of how the damage occurred is evidence, the testimony of the driver of the trucking company is also evidence. The trucking company has also provided evidence that it was not hauling rocks on the date that the damage happened to *** ********* vehicle. The preponderance of the evidence weighs in favor of Primes insured trucking company, so Prime denied *** ********* claim. Prime would gladly reconsider the position if *** ******** could provide any additional evidence to support his claim. Furthermore, Primes agent reports in her claim notes that it was *** ******** who became verbally aggressive when asked to provide evidence and that *** ******** terminated the call.

      had the insurance for our business for a year. They do some audit after the year for financials and decide to double the premium for the past year. As a business I would avoid this company at all cost as you will get unexpected bill after you already paid the premiums for a year and they decide to double them after the year is up. There are better options out there that will not rip you off after each year for some audit.

      My company operates in the logistics business, and we had been insured with Prime for five years. However, when it came time to renew our policy for the sixth year, Prime unexpectedly decided to significantly increase the price without providing us with proper notice, which is required by the law in our state. When we confronted them about this, they responded by threatening to terminate our policy immediately after renewal if we pushed for the original terms. To make matters worse, Prime still owed us a significant balance on the premium that we had overpaid. When we raised this issue with them, they informed us that their CEO, Rick, would speak to us. Unfortunately, our conversation with Rick shed light on why people refer to him as a difficult individual to deal with. He showed complete disregard for the fact that we had been their client for five years, as well as for the loyalty of his clients of 30 years, bluntly stating that he had no intention of refunding our money. The encounter with him was not just rude; it was an extreme understatement. As a result of their actions, we are left with no choice but to pursue legal action against them. Prior to this year, I always recommended Prime to others. However, based on our experience, which included a 40% loss ratio over a span of five years with over 100+ units, I cannot in good conscience recommend or speak positively about this company anymore. My advice is to stay away from them

      Dear ******,Thank you for you business over the last 5 years. As you are aware last year, we made an exception to our terms and conditions and returned over $200,000 to your company . I believe this happened over several years, albeit different amounts and as a result this expectation seems to have been carried into this years renewal? Unfortunately, we could not continue this way of underwriting. Trucking as you know has both severity and frequency of claims, and we need to build funds in preparation for this eventuality One of the reasons for your low loss ratios, apart from you being a good partner was the excellent claims handling from our in-house claims team. Regardless, I very much wish that you had a more pleasant experience at renewal time, and we wish you all the best into the future.

      Very unethical, Im sure to win in court if I had to, Prime insurance is at fault for a insurance claim on police report based off many cars driving on the highway and the driver admitted fault and didnt secure his construction items and it flew across the highway causing damage to all cars, this happen the first week of January 2023, they sent someone to get a estimate on the vehicle, now three weeks later they are saying its coverage issue they had insurance during the accident time but the driver isnt listed as a driver on the policy.

      Prime insurance is the worse insurance company I have ever seen . I dont know how they are in business. I was park not moving and was hit by one of their clients .Its going on four months and still my vehicle is wreck and I havent received a dime . All the adjuster keep saying is we are at fault . I know you are its on video !

Fortunately, your vehicle is still drivable. Rather than wait for repairs, if you would like to have us just pay to settle the claim with you, please let your claims handler know.       Prime insurance is a insurance company . Not a repair shop ! They have not been waiting for parts .I submitted 2 estimate back in august 2022 , and ask them for a settlement of the lowest estimate. Its 3 months later and I still havent received any settlement. I call and email all the time for my settlement check . They send me to the voicemail of ***************** and his boss ***** and their never no response. I have had even my broker contact him . Be aware if this company !

      I would actually say 0 stars if it was an option!! ************************************* is the worse person you could talk to about a claim because she doesnt answer her phone, she lies about what was said in previous conversations, and she doesnt seem to know how to do her job. They basically prolong and procrastinate the process as much as possible. I had to resend all the information I had regarding my claim due to miscommunication on their end. Dont count on the supervisor because ******** does not answer the phone either.
