  This company is a racket. My sons truck broke down so he missed a calibration appointment they locked his truck. He spent hundreds getting the front end fixed. He bought a new morereliable car paid $580 to have the interlock switched. They said they would give him a code to start the truck to drive in an hour away to location for his appointment. When he called to get the code, they told him he would have to have it towed over an hour away. He hadalready paid the $580. The company is rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend.

  Save your money, go ANYWHERE else. This company advertised for being $60 a month. That's it. Which is a far cry from the almost $200 I was paying at my old company so I had A1 take out my old interlock and put theirs in. HUGE MISTAKE, you know when something sounds to good to be true, it usually is. This is only the SECOND month I have had this service and I already owe them $1,200+, not real close to the $60 I signed up for. I'm a single mother of two young boys, I'm in recovery court and get tested for any drugs and or alcohol 3+times a week. This company gives false violation after false violation, I got 8 in one day while I was already locked out of my car for another violation and they are all $55 and up. 8 violations in ONE day .while I couldn't even drive my car. They won't work with you or see any reason in my situation, when I told them there was just no way I could come up with the cash, they told me I had better find a way to borrow it or I'd be locked out of my vehicle indefinitely. I definitely see how they make their money now, by scamming people who don't know any better. This has also happened to TWO of my friends who went with this company to "save money". This is the biggest scam I've ever seen. Please save yourself the heartache and go anywhere else! Oh and they also charge you $10 a month for an app they never tell you about until your locked out of your car and need it. I couldn't feel more taken advantage of.

  This company preys on the misfortune of others and knowingly and willingly ensures they will ot help you without extortion... They will knowingly schedule recalibration appointments for days after you are locked out of your device tonensure you have to continuously pay hundreds more than you should to even use your vehicle. Anything to make a dollar on your misfortune no matter how hard you're trying to fix your life. These people should be tried for criminal negligence and will happily leave you stranded as long as you have to pay them to start your car. DO NOT EVER CONTACT A1 Interlock. You will regret it. They will use your situation against you and give the absolute WORST customer service you've ever received. I get that they may deal with some unsavory customers... But they will treat the best of the best just the same. They do not care about you, just your wallet and the fact that you're required to use an Interlock device.

  Please save yourself from the stress, heartache and financial burden this company "WILL" give you. I have never in my entire life seen such a shady, scandalous and un-realistic business. I have only been with this company for not even 3 months and I have been charged more in scandalous fees far more then I have been charged for the normal montly bill. Please read reviews and do your research before going with this company. I went into the office and every single customer was stating how they are experiencing the exact same issues as to what I am dealing with and how this company is charging them more in un-expected fee's then what they would have paid throughout their entire contract. I was charged now around 400$ in two days (not including the normal monthly bill) over fee's that are completely outrageous and taken from my bank account. Please do not {DO NOT} start any service with this company. I have never in my life felt like I have been robbed and taken advantage of by the way this company has taken advantage of not just me, but the vast majority of their customers. It will be a grave mistake and one you will regret doing if deciding to do any business with this customer. ************************* I can not express in words how deeply disappointed I am with how your company is taking advantage of your customers and our community. It's very "jaw dropping" that this company can still even exists with what they are doing. Both thumbs down to A1-Interlock and from mine as well as the many of your customers opinion please do not do business with this company.

  Called and talked with ***** and was very helpful. He understood my concerns and problem and was able to help me solve it and provided great help and was very nice and understanding all the time.

  This review will tell of my experiences with A1 Interlock LLC or also known as Skyfine *** so hopefully other people can see what it's like when dealing with this company. Also know that Skyfine *** has a class action lawsuit against them as of 2023.-I just got off the phone with the most immature rep. I've talked with at A1 Interlock LLC *****. He is on some kind of power trip. I hope you A1 listens to that last call with me and uses it on how not to talk to customers. At this point A1 has tried and charged me an absurd amount of money for issues that are and continue to be no fault of mine. They won't even address their mistakes, that started on Dec. 20th when a new device was installed in my vehicle, until Feb 20th. 2 months after the fact. Then they still want to keep charging me for "random" remote downloads and additional fees that are related to a faulty installation and or device. This has gotten so far out of hand that I've now had to get my attorney and a class action lawsuit lawyer involved to help me figure out how to handle a company that's obviously taking advantage of its customers. This continues to be my worst nightmare come to life. I wouldn't wish working with this company on my worst enemy. If I could give a negative star rating to a buisness I would give these guys a -5 star rating. Please save yourselves and don't even look twice at this company if you even find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing an interlock device. Please read all of their reviews not just here but on googles reviews under A1 Interlock LLC *****, ** and they also go by the name *********** so don't be decived by their obvious need for name changes to keep people guessing. I am and will continue to tell my truth about these companies until I no longer have to have this Interlock in my vehicle. I'm going to post reviews every month until they get this Interlock out of my car for and not a ***** more then I've already be over charged for.
