    A1 interlock is the worst company to deal with. They repeatedly charged me fees for a payment they said was not processing, bank never showed them trying to pull the payment and I KNOW I had the money to pay them. You can't ever get anyone on the phone and when I did they were always very rude and dismissive of issues. My guess is it has to be a family owned company, owned by a mean family, because I can't see anyone or any business allowing their staff to treat clients this way. Very unprofessional and demeaning to the clients keeping their lights on. I almost didn't leave a review but when I came and saw everyone with a similar experience to me, THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED

    I have this device installed on my vehicle in March of 2022 I'm still unable to drive because I can't get my license back until September so I haven't drove the car they said I got locked out but cuz I missed an appointment so I had to pay them to give me a lockout code which did not work so I called the next day to get another lockout code and that one did not work and they charged me then I have to get a remote download and that cost me $110 bucks then to top it all off they charged me $155 for two codes or for two lockout violations on top of the 50 and 110 I already paid do not go to this company they are the worst I have ever dealt with they take money out of your account without letting you know beforehand that they're going to do so and the customer service is outrageous I'm on disability work a part-time job and they have just sucked the money out of my account I don't know how I'm going to pay my rent this month

    This is the worst company ever. They get you roped in with a low installation fee and then when you have it removed it was almost ******* in fees. When i tried to to call them they would not even let me speak. I was cut off by the representative and he was extremely rude and very disrespectful. They refuse to send me a copy of the contract which was for 6 months and they stated it was 12. I most definitely would not use this company ever!

    This is absolutely the worse company I have felt with in my 69 years! They dont answer the phone and they hang up on you.They can vet charge you and their devises are terrible!!Dont EVER use them. They are bad terrible people!!!
