    This company is the WORST ever. I ordered 2 heated vests in Nov 2022 as Xmas gifts. They never were delivered. I have provided the company with tracking numbers confirming product not delivered and returned to sender. I have called them dozens of times. Each time they Promised to review / locate and call me back they never did. I'd call them - ****************** would urgent priority address either new vests or my $260 back to my card. No response. I've called numerous times in Jan, Feb and March - each time they LIED and promised to resolve. THEY HAVE WORN ME OUT - THEY WIN - I GIVE UP. THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES AND I HOPE THEY ROT IN A PLACE WHERE IT NEVER COOLS. I APPEALED TO THEIR SENSE OF RIGHT AND WRONG AND THEY STILL LIED. SAVE YOUR BREATH. I GIVE THEM NO STARS. I dare them to response to this review - just give me my money back and I'll withdraw my objection.

    This customer has contacted us and has received a response every time. When placing their order, this customer made a mistake and provided "Apt " as the 2nd line of their address... with no apartment number after it. The address was incomplete. Because the apartment # was missing from the address, the products were of course undeliverable. If the shipments were Returned To Sender as stated here, we would have already issued the customer a refund and/or re-shipped them. That is unfortunately not the case, though. To this day, the packages are still somewhere in *******, **. They were not returned to us, and appear to be lost and/or stuck in a post office near the customer. As the tracking numbers still state "Refused delivery" and are sitting at a post office near the customer, it is likely that he would be able to claim the packages if he visited the post office, as they are in his name.     I received my order 12-20-22 for 3 vests. One vest was too small so I called to return the vest. The gal I talked to didn't want to exchange products at all she wanted me to order a new vest and now I see why. I mailed the vest out 12-29-22 and ********* received it 01-03-23. I have made at least 3+ calls per month and keep getting the same answer. Upper management will take a look at this matter. I was told yesterday to call back today 03-14-23 and **** regrets that the matter hasn't been taken care of. I had the vest returned with in the limit of time and the company still has the vest and I still have not gotten the ***** back in a refund.This problem of not getting my ***** is a shady business move. I am sure I won't be buying from this company again because of the wait to get my refund. I think this company needs NO stars for "what do I think". Poor management that has the customer service department doing the dirty work.I wished I looked on ******** for the reviews before buying the vests because not very many customers are very happy with the customer service.I want what is rightfully mine and that is ***** back to the card I bought it with.************

    SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! They don't even deserve one star! Their products are horribly made. Their sizes are completely wrong. A size Large vest barely fit my daughter that wears a size small. The rechargeable batteries are cheap and random. They don't hold a charge. The vests are barely **** warm when you turn them on. I ordered three vests and no one in my family can wear them or use them!! A terrible waste of money!Also, when you order, there is a hidden "membership" and they will continue to charge your credit card $24.13 each month for more of their crappy products!!!!!Not to mention, they only accept returns within 30 days. I ordered them for Christmas gifts and did not give them to the recipients within the 30 days, so I didn't know how AWFUL the products were to be able to return them. I emailed the company and NEVER heard back from anyone. I should have done my homework and NEVER ordered from them.

We do our best to help our customers pick the correct sizes, but everyone is shaped differently so it's unfortunately impossible for us to ensure that everyone buys the perfect size every time. Our 30 day return policy is clearly stated on our website, but I do understand your frustration. In the future, especially around the holidays, I would recommend making sure you are aware of a businesses return policies and timeframes prior to placing your order. We do disclose this information in our checkout flow to do our part in making sure you're aware of our policies. As for the Scorched VIP program, it is not hidden on our website, nor do you get opted in automatically when checking out. You are able to sign-up for for this membership while placing an order, but it requires your consent and provides all details about the service. In your particular case, you opted to join the 30-day trial in order to add a free pair of our Heated Socks to your order as a Sign-Up Gift. Had you contacted us prior to the 30-day trial period being over, you would have never been charged a monthly fee and you would have, of course, been able to keep the free sign-up gift regardless. I realize this won't change your experience, but hope this helps to at least explain our position on the issues you raised. ***************

    Don't buy from them. At your time of purchase, they AUTOMATICALLY add a FREE gift. What you don't know 30 days later, is that you were auto-enrolled in their VIP benefit program and are now being charged $24.13 monthly. They even state on their website as a frequently asked question as to why you were charged $24.13, "You may not be aware you signed up...by receiving our free gift of your choice..." Also, the webpage states after 30 days that you are outside of the return/refund timeframe. So now I'm stuck with crappy heated insoles that according to them are worth $70 that I can't return and now have to fight to terminate the monthly charge.

    Hi ******. Firstly, it looks like you called into our customer service already and were able to get your membership cancelled without any issues. I am happy to see that you're all set there. I am, however, sorry to hear you signed up for a 30-day trial without knowing. We have made some improvements to our checkout flow and believe it is very clear about what offer you are accepting and what you're signing up for if/when you're selecting a free "sign-up" product. But regardless, we are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your feedback. Regarding our Return Policy, the terms of it are clearly stated on our website and a 30-day return policy is the standard for most online companies. You cannot return products purchased on Amazon, Best Buy, and/or most online companies. It's actually pretty hard to find a company that allows you to return after 30 days. Also, just to clarify, it's 30 days after you RECEIVE your order - not when the order was placed.Let us know if you need assistance with anything else. ***************

    This company is a complete scam!! Watch out! Please be aware, that on the website, it states that it is accredited by the BBB, has been in *************** and other accolades - IT IS NOT!First, let me start with the fact that the sizing is WAY off. Even if you follow the guide that is listed, it's way off. So, when you order a large, you are absolutely getting a small/med. size. Secondly, the return policy is an absolute joke. There is no link to activate a return. You either need to call or send an email for instructions. When you want to return these items, they offer you to keep for a discount and then get another discount on your "new" purchase. I only wanted my money back and now I am being charged a 20% "restocking fee" and having to pay shipping back to return. Shipped from *****, returning to *********** when it's supposed to me a **** based company. Stay away!!

We do our best to recommend sizes that will fit in our size guides but ultimately every person is shaped differently - it would be impossible for us to make sure every size is going to fit every person exactly. Th is why we also include the EXACT dimensions for each size in addition to the recommendations. That allows you to measure and verify for yourself that the product is going to fit you before you purchase it. Regarding our return policy, we are sorry you were disappointed with the terms, but our policy is clearly disclosed on our website. It's linked in the Footer of every single page on our website, and also throughout the checkout flow. As for the offer you received, I am sorry to hear you were offended by our customer service's offer to issue you a partial refund of 35% and also a 40% coupon to purchase a different size. We offered that because a lot of our customers really appreciate the option. Doing a return or exchange is a hassle. This alternative also allows you to get your correct size faster as we don't have to wait to get the first one back before shipping it out. If the partial refund option doesn't work for you, then you're of course welcome to reject that offer (as you did) and proceed with a return as per our return policy. Regarding our location, we just re-located back to **** which is where we are from originally. And we are working on getting warehouse space there for returns/exchanges/shipping :)
