    Recyclops owes me $ for missed pick up. I have an email verifying this. Now Recyclops has canceled service for all of Sanpete County. I am paid through January 2023. I want a refund. Finally Recyclops missed my last pick up. I continue to submit “help tickets” on their web site. I never receive an answer. What I do receive is okay this ticket is done I am closing it out. I Write back and say no, the issue is not resolved . Open the ticket back up. No you must submit a new ticket and on and on . I am the hamster stuck on a wheel since July for the first refund. I issues are piling up and this hamster is tired.

    Have not had a recycle pickup 6 out of the 7 last weeks. My file with Recyclops reflects that I'm paid up to the 18th of October. The last payment to them was for $66, which was cashed by Recyclops on 21 July, which was for 3 months of weekly collections. They have never answered the more then 6 different problem tickets for missed pickup. Also, never called me, even though I requested it each time.

    Been w/ Recyclops since Feb 2022. Recently my service has been missed a few times, leaving the bags out in the street for dogs, cats, etc to rummage through until I get home from work. They have stopped taking phone calls and refer you to their online help. I've submitted tickets about the missed service and to date have received no answer. The first ticket was submitted last week, then again today. Initially, I was enthused about this service but the inability to discuss my concerns with anyone and the complete lack of response leads me to ****** if they have gone out of business - or at the least, left our area. The price wasn't that high ($250 for the year) so I'm not concerned with a refund - just want to know what's going on! If you've left the area I'll stop putting my bags out and figure some other way to recycle. If you ARE still in the area, then please do a better job of communicating. You say to put the bags out at midnight and leave them for 24 hours. That's not realistic - too many animals roaming around to get into the bags. If your driver is, indeed, coming by my house in the wee hours then count me out - but just TELL me so I can react accordingly.For anyone looking into this company - I would absolutely steer clear until they get their communication under control and change their midnight practices. It's just not a realistic model at this point.

    We certainly apologize that you have had a difficult time getting the issue you're experiencing resolved. Our short staffed Customer Experience Team is doing everything in our power to keep up with incoming inquiries. We service several rural areas with a similar pickup window. This large pickup window allows our independent contractors to work around weather (including extreme heat) and their family's schedules.  We welcome our customers to use a cart or tote of their choosing to place their recycling in to discourage any curious critters from making messes of the recycling that is placed out by our customers. We even send decals so that these containers are clearly marked for our drivers. We truly appreciate your support. I know you mentioned not being concerned about a refund, but as a proud startup company, your account will either be credited or refunded for services not received based on how you choose to move forward. Please do take care!
