    Pathetic excuse for a company............NO customer service. When they do pick up the recycling, they sort through and leave whatever they don't deem worthy. Contact them??? No way. Do it online only and receive absolutely NO response. What kind of excuse for service??? Stay far far away. Wish I could leave no stars...........

    same as the others. I paid for annual service and they stopped picking up last month and will not respond to me. I basically got scammed.

    We are so sorry that you have been having so many issues. We would recommend reaching back out to the Customer Experience Team so we are able to get this taken care of if you are continuing to have problems. We received a ticket from you in August and it seems there were some miscommunications about the Recycling Guidelines. The last correspondence we had with you was in August and we did not hear back. If you are still having issues with service, please let us know so we can get it taken care of!

    Have been using Recyclops for 5 or 6 months without any problems in Midway. Starting last month I never had a pick up. They would pick up my neighbors, but not mine, even though my c/c was charged. Yesterday no pick up for the whole neighborhood. I love recycling, but expect to receive the service I am paying for. I have emailed them 2 other times, but have never received a response. In the last email I asked to have my c/c refunded for last month, but have heard nothing. I understand staffing shortages, but I think there is more going on like going out of business. I would like my service to be closed my account and will reconsider if they pull it together.*** S
