I bought a 2011 Dodge RAM from NAP, and they gave me such a hard time about the problems with the truck. Engine light came on the day after I bought it. The salesman told me they would have the service center look at the codes, after about an hour he said they topped off the oil. Later the engine light came on again, same codes as before. I finally told the dealer I just needed them to give me back my money and they can have the truck back, of course he said that's not going to happen. This was 8 days after paying for the truck. They kept transferring my calls to different people and finally I was able to get the main manager who offered to pay $600 only if I took it to their mechanic in Sandy, and I live in Huntington. They told me to get it covered on my warranty, so I took the truck to supreme auto in price in hopes they could figure out the problems, and the owner of the shop tried to get the warranty company to pick up some of the bill. Unfortunately the warranty was only good after a certain milage and after 90 days. Pretty sad that the truck had to be parked for 2 1/2 months before I could get help with the repairs that needed to be done. I have since spent $7000 on the truck, I have replaced the headlights twice and are out again and Monday I need to take it back to the shop for the same problem as before. I really hope the warranty helps with this because with all I have spent on this truck I could have bought a new one.

I have had a nightmare of a time with the truck sold to me from NAP. I purchased the truck in June, being sold to my 8 months pregnant wife and I as a "solid truck for my family." I was informed by the salesman that because they came down on price so much, they would be selling the truck "as is". Well on the dive home the transmission went out, and the code that was cleared for the thermostats popped up, which was a 5k dollar repair, the non functioning windows were sold to me rolled down so I wouldn't notice they didn't roll up, the airbag is non functioning (which is illegal to sell a vehicle without), and not to mention the **** system was so full of dirt and mold that it looked like a sand storm when ever you run it and would make your eyes burn and give you a headache. I approached NAP about buying it back for what I payed despite the repairs I put into it, but they refused. I'm now left with a vehicle that I cannot safely put my family in that is costing me a fortune. Please think twice about buying from NAP, they do not stand behind what they sell, and are tricksters only trying to fill their pockets.

NAP has been using deception and lies to steal from consumers for awhile. I am in the process of filing a suit against them, and thankfully I recorded most of my interactions with the sales, and finance team. I encourage those who have experienced their fraudulent behavior to do the same. ********************* is a consumer law attorney that specializes in situations like these. I am unable to post a number but he can also be reached at: ***************** and that is at gmail. Next file a complaint with the **********************************. You can also contact a police investigator based on the city you live in. You can do that on their website at: https://****.****.gov/other/dealer-complaint Next file a complaint with the *************************** ******************************* at: https://consumerprotection.****.gov/complaints.html Also contact the **************************** about the so called extended warranty at: https://insurance.****.gov/about-us/directory There are plenty of resources and there is available recourse to make sure they do not ******* someone else. You are within your right to record any conversation you have with them, it makes it a lot easier to prove it in court. They have no expectation of privacy and if they have a problem with it, you know they are hiding something. They continue to do this because consumers do not realize they can fight fraud back. I have always been a great believer in karma especially for the greedy, lets help karma along by collectively fighting to stop business like these from taking advantage of consumers.
