      Worst company ever!! Got a bill (first one from them) for $1,320 almost 1 year AFTER my procedure, saying that my account was past due, and I was at risk of being sent to collections. I called and set up a payment plan, then got another notice in the mail a couple weeks later saying my account was past due, and now had a finance charge of almost $20 on my account. I called to get it figured out, and the customer service representative I talked to was horribly rude and unhelpful and kept acting like I just wasn't paying my bill. Tried to talk to a manager, but of course "no one was available". She then said they'd waive the finance charge because they could see that the payment was processing. Now fast forward 1 month, and I just got another bill in the mail, saying my account is past due and that I'm in risk of being sent to collections, and got another finance charge. Currently on the phone and they're telling me that they'll continue to charge me a $19.80 finance charge every month since there's a balance, even though I'm on a freaking payment plan, that's on auto pay! Are you kidding me? What a joke. I'll just pay with my credit card so I don't have to deal with this horrible company again. What a joke.
