      ordered ***** worth of oils on Oct 31, Got notice on November 5th my order was going to be delivered soon.Never came!!!!!!Company took money in one day. But I don't have any item.Tried to place email and no response. So today 11/15 I called but after 20minutes still no person on line. Wait stated 6 minutes. I'm very angry that I got ripped off, but what appeared to be a wonderful company.Should have realized that oils aren't that cheap, no matter what.BBB needs to get involve along with State Attorney and close them done..Person can't afford to loose this kind of money now days. HORRIBLE>

      They will not answer the customer service phone. I did not receive my order even though I got an email that says delivered. Thus far, I have had no resolve to this matter.

      I have had nothing but positives regarding this company. Quick shipping, awesome prices, oils that really work! New hair growing in after 1 month of using Hair Envy. Skin glowing after one use of Skin Envy.

      Would give it zero stars if I could!An order of Hair Envy and other products that was promised in 5-7 business days took ONE MONTH to ship. Only after I threatened to report the company for fraud did they ship my order. They had charged my credit card well before that. Product vials were packed in plain boxes which werent even closed or sealed properly. Hair Envy bottle and Skin Envy roller bottle were not sealed. Very poor quality control. The vials are tiny. So little product for so much money. No directions for use on vials, no ingredients, no enclosed literature explaining how to use products.I will never order from this company again!

      Just opened a PayPal dispute on Vitality Extracts. Within 60 seconds I was notified that I would be receiving a refund. Sounds like PayPal may be well aware of this scam company.

      I have tried calling and emailing. I returned over $80.00 worth of peaceful products. They even sent a return label.Have not heard from Vitality. I'm done!

      I ordered $136 in products. After 8 days I emailed their **************** to ask why my items had not even been shipped. I never received a reply so after 2 weeks I called to find out the status of my order. I was told that one of my 8 items was on backorder so the entire order was not shipped. I was told I should have received an email to that effect. No email was received. I cancelled my order and will not order from this company again. I have never heard of holding up an entire order for one small item! Ridiculous!

      I have not had problems until last month. I did not receive an order and was advised it was lost and they would reship. I received no tracking number and now no answer to my emails. Will try to cancel order. My order was supposed to have been shipped 8/16/22 and I still do not have it or the replacement. They really dont deserve even one star.

      When I received roll on oil it had leaked all over. Within a minute of application, it doesn't smell at all. Only store credit for refund. Scam. Don't buy
