  DO NOT USE THIS Company or the owner *******************************. I hired S&V back in Mid June. Two days later the crew showed up. Removed old concrete sidewalk and formed etc. and that the concrete would be by the end of the week. funds were given at this time for the concrete deposit. And now the fun begins.That Friday was told no concrete available but next week One week rolls by still no concrete.Next week. Received call that a death in the family occurred. Will be two weeks until he is back Now we are in Mid July. And was told it will be soon when the concrete will be poured.Last week of July I was told he did not have the money for the concrete I had already paid him for back in June! And that I would have to wait until he got another job so he could finish mine. I asked him to please come and haul off the concrete rubble. He said he would get that done at least.First week of August. The concrete rubble pile is still in the street.. we are two months into this mess. He kept saying he didnt have money to come and haul off the concrete. I finally have had enough so l fired S&V and terminated services with them.The next day he showed up to remove the old concrete and agreed to pay my deposit back to me. Less the work for the demolition etc.it is now 3 weeks from that date and still as of today I am awaiting repayment.And again each week I get the same response I dont have the money.In the meantime I hired another crew to finish the job. two weeks later its done to perfection. agreed to repayment plan. But still no money. Just promises that he is sorry and he is praying for me. Update: December 2023. STILL has not paid me back my money. Filed a small claims against him. But I am sure even if I win, I will never see my money. Do NOT!!! Use them. I will never again trust a concrete guy I find off KSL.
