      Money pit! You pay almost $800 for machine and starter package. The way it is set up to cut you waste a ton of speciality adhesive. You download free fonts to use, Then cricut pushes an update that will block using the font. After they block you from using the free font you downloaded They offer to purchase the font from them for $25! Very little is free and if you dont buy from cricut, I and purchase through Etsy or other businesses it will mess up and not download correctly, forcing you to buy only from them. The downloads the push make sure they push you towards purchasing everything from them. You cannot opt out of the updates The cricut adhesive iron on is horrible. After three washes it comes off. No matter how much you iron on both sides to set the adhesive to your clothes it still peels off after a few washings! The adhesive you are supposed to use to get the lettering off the original backing to put on to your project ******* ever works. It says you can cut without a mat, but you really cant, it tears the product if you dont use a cutting matanother purchase from cricut. It is a ***** in wonderland hole that you fall into with money being thrown had over fist and never getting much in return. Total waste on money!

      The application is very confusing to use and it forces clients to purchase a subscription when it is not required to have one to use it. The subscription unlocks their pre made designs. The application on the phone/tablet is garbage and difficult to use. The computer is much easier. The circuit software is not something you can learn in a week. It takes a lot of playing around and trial and error. circuit forces users to think they are required to use their products only but it is totally not required to use their products. You can use knock off products and other products as well. I'm glad I bought my circuit joy off of amazon for < $100. If I bought it full price I probably would of ended up returning it because of how frustrating design space is. Here's why I would not recommend a circuit:I enjoy card making and found I can do most of this by hand and punches. The circuit is supposed to cut down some of the basic stuff but you can get the same result doing it by hand. It's not always perfect. It's frustrating. I would of been better buying the traditional punches and more supplies for my craft.Most of the card and craft ideas they offer in design space you can easily find similar for free products on the web if you look for them. The company cons clients into forcing them to think they require a subscription but do not. When you cancel it on the website or in design space it doesn't always register on the service. Then you're forced to call the 800# and demand a refund for the months you did not agree too. Monthly subscriptions **************** forces clients into thinking they have to use circuit only products and those get expensive. That is a *********** space is not something you can easily learn in a week. Even after watching dozens of intro videos from ******* circuit users I still struggle with it a little.

      This is my second review. Cricut responded to my first BBB complaint stating we understand customer service is assisting you and we encourage you to continue with that process. Well, customer service is NOT helping. Someone new picks up each email I reply to and all I do is go in circles. Theres no follow through with ONE representative which creates more chaos and confusion. I tried calling again, used the call back feature, but never got a call back - go figure. Called twice - call back obviously does not work. Not surprised. Would someone from Cricut please call ME so I can stop being billed monthly charges? Ive only being trying to get resolution for a month People- read the cricut reviews before you purchase this product or give them any money. Their customer service is abhorrently awful.

      I dont think they even deserve one star! I have been trying to cancel my access plan and every time I call it is such a long wait! And there is no online chat that is currently available. When I log into my account, and go to cancel my subscription plan, the edit or cancel buttons are grayed out, and you cant select either! My credit card company couldnt help me either, so my only option was to delete my account. Now I dont even know if my Cricut will work the next time I might use it. Non existent customer service. I think Ill just sell my Cricut machine completely.

      I have been charged monthly for a subscription I do not use. I cannot log into my account to cancel because I forgot my password. If I reset it, cricut never sends the link to my account (and yes Ive checked junk mail). Getting through to them is impossible- I tried for weeks and weeks. Each time the est wait time was 3 hours! I called three weeks ago and was ecstatic to hear the wait time was 10min! I got down to 5 min and it changed to a 15 min estimated wait time! 20 min later it was still quoting 15min! After over an hour I finally got through. After explaining my issue I was told my subscription was canceled and I wouldnt be charged anymore. Guess what? I was charged again this month! Suppose this means I have to sit on hold again l, potentially for 3 hours, and hope this time round someone knows how to do their job properly ?Cricut has horrible, horrible customer service. Its mind blowing how infuriating it is to get any help.

      I have had my Cricut machine a while, recently the machine has a red standstill power light. Call customer support. No one had any solutions, just that my cricut is not under warranty. I stated that I was not notified of an opportunity to update my cricut warranty. To find out cricut doesnt have the option to update warranty on machines. So if the Cricut is malfunctioning or have technology issue they cant be fixed. So a $300-$400 investing gone is waisted. They tried to offer a 10% off and free shipping. This is a ripoff. The most updated cricut cost about $400. In conclusion, customer service could not provide with support.
