      CE4Less is an on -line "educational site" for health professionals to complete requir** continuing ** courses for licensure/recertification. This current site apparently has only been manag** since 2021 by someone nam** ************ This site/business was previously own** by people who car** & were accessible by phone.Currently there is no phone number list** to contact them/him directly. This review is written to warn people of their deceitful billing practices whereby after paying for an annual subscription that is about to expire, they continue to bill ad infinitum without notification or your authorization--this is nothing shy of a ruse for profit. They should lose their alleg** "certification" as an "on-line educational site "for professional people.There is NO EXCUSE for their underhand** business practices by billing people without proper notification and without the customers authorization. NO Stars would have been chosen for this complaint but was not an option. Potential consumers: BEWARE, seek continuing ** elsewhere!!

      I'm sorry you have had a bad experience. CE4Less has been operating and serving mental health professionals since 2004 and is very focused on providing quality education for an affordable price. The company offers individual courses for purchase as well as annual subscription plans for access to all their content. Customers can cancel at any time to stop any recurring billing. Additionally, the company has a very liberal refund policy, so I would encourage you to reach out to customer support for a refund request or any other concern you might have. Yes, the support team primarily utilizes email to manage support items. This is because email provides the best platform with our CRM for identifying the customer, assigning a ticket and ensuring it is completed as quickly as possible. Our support team works 24/7, so please reach out to them with any concerns you might have.I wish you all the best!CE4Less Support

      Would give less than one star of I could! This business must have VERY fine print when you pay for their services... in 2023 I paid for a year of cna classes... ONE year... I was unable to keep my job site to being attacked at work and severe emotional trauma. I am no longer a ***. I have not used their services since 2023 but I noticed in my bank account today that they gave taken out ***** for a subscription I never thought I signed up for... there is no way I would have signed up for a subscription! I then looked and they took money out in 2024 also. Now that's $40 when I have not even looked at their website since 2023.... I feel they signed me up against my knowledge... find somewhere else that won't s**** you!

      Wish there was a Zero star option. Or rather a scam option. They are not accredited by many states to provide CEU's for various professions. They are being revoked by state boards all accros the country. Only after you pay do they awklowledge and they try to convince you to contact your state board on their behalf. I now see why they were revoked all over. They operate like a third world scam center litteraly stealing from costomers on a sophisticated scamming method. They have no phone option and don't respond to emails. Do ourself a favor and reach out to your state board to ask them to revoke any affiiation with CE4less to help those who are continuously being scammed. Try to help the world by spreading ths scam site across social media and warn your fellow professionals to be aware of them.

      I signed up and paid on 5/20/2024, but couldn't access the courses I needed due to a problem with their website. I had to use another company, because of a time issue. I asked for a refund, but to date (5/19/24) I have not received it. They never responded to my request, yet continue to send me email promotions.

      The company does not regularly attend to it's emails and there is NO phone number where you may get help. As of the beginning of 2024 I have taken a total of 26 credit hours with them and paid for them. They only show 9 credit hours and will not show the rest - whether they don't show in their system or their system is faulty, or...!?!?!? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY RIP YOU OFF WITH AN UNLIMITED PLAN AND THEY DO NOT REPORT TO CE BROKER!!!

      This time around education and services have been thorough, appropriate in terms of current practice as a social worker. I will have to say however courses and system response time was slow, but could be because today is end of year.

      I wanted to sign up again for another year of C and E's, but when trying to I was told to change my password.> I tried to change it 6 times and when requesting a new password the email comes back as an ad for CE4less not instructions on how to change it.There is no phone number to contact them as when you are finally able to locate a phone number an automated message just refers you to the website. So basically you're going around in circles with no help. PLEASE have CE4LESS respond to me to reopen an account today! My licensing update is needed by 8/31/23.They have good materials but how to access them has become impossible.

      I haven't been able to get into my account for weeks! The most frustrating thing is not being able to talk to a person to communicate any concerns. They do not have a contact number. Everything is done by email and of course you get an automated response without anyone fixing the problem. This used to be my go- to company to get my CEUs. Not anymore. Buyer beware! They'll take your money and could care less if you have any issues getting into your account. Look elsewhere for your CEUs!!!

      My large organization pays for an unlimited subscription. However, for months, we have been unable to access our subscription and coursework on the CE4Less website. Our repeated requests for help, including filing tickets per CE4Less's instructions, go unanswered. CE4Less is unresponsive. It is unbelievable. Do not give this company your money!
