      There are 5 courses that I took and passed during the last 2 years that are not reflected on the newly designed website. I have submitted about 10 tickets during the last week with no response. My license expires in a few weeks so I need the certificate immediately.

      This used to be a great company. I don't know what happened. I paid for a year unlimited and took a week off in June to complete some CEUs. After completion I repeatedly checked for their notification of completed CEUs to CEBroker. After a few weeks and no report I tried contacting them through several emails which they said would be responded to in 24 hours. It's been weeks and days and no response. Then there is no phone number to contact them as when you are finally able to locate a phone number an automated message just refers you to the website. So basically you're going around in circles with no help. I will not be using them again and only hope that what I have completed so far will eventually be reported to CEBroker.

      I am not sure what happened in 2023 with this company. I have used this company many times. June 2023 things were much different. I really needed to speak to customer service and apparently that is an impossibility. I sent a few emails asking for a phone call back starting a week ago. I have apparently paid for two separate subscriptions and the ONLY one I could access had a total of 30 ceu's one day and dropped to 16. As expected, I will be paying a fee for late submission. Clearly this company has taken a serious nose dive. Other therapists are saying the same thing. The ******************* mentioned the problems others have had as well. BUYER BEWARE

      I signed up taken a few tests and earned a few CEUs. Then ******** did some temporary work on their website and I have been locked out for the past month. I requested help a number of times with no response. There is no phone number to talk to a customer service representative. I have tried to reach them in a variety of ways with no response. Apparently the site is still under reconstruction. When I tried to change my password, as they requested, they said an e mail was sent to me. It was not. I checked my spam folders and all of my e mail addresses too. Out of frustration I put a dispute on my credit card in hopes of getting a response. If you're reading this and have a similar problem; I suggest you do the same. It seems as if this site was abandoned and many people depend on it to renew their professional license.I have used this company in the past without a problem. Better Business Bureau, please drop your B+ rating and accreditation." I do not need an I'm sorry response. I need a phone number and a client service rep that will re-establish my account." I'm considering driving to **** if thats the only way I can get a response.

      Ce4less is a company I have used in the past without any problems. However, this time I paid for 1 year of unlimited courses in May 2023 and completed over 30 CEU hours in May 2023. I attempted to print out my certificates 2 weeks ago, as they are needed for my license renewal and for my work requirements, and the courses I completed were either not listed or when I printed out the certificates for 3 of the courses, they did not include my contact hours. So, essentially my valuable time in completing the courses and the money I spend for the 1 year use of their program was totally wasted. Then I found out that there is no direct way to contact them as the number listed says you can't leave a message and to complete a service ticket and your problem will be addressed. I have submitted repeated service tickets and none of them have been responded to. I had to pay out more money to complete my needed CEUs with another company. I want a full refund and this company needs to be closed as they are not providing the services promised. ****************************

      I subscribed to a 1 year unlimited plan on June 9. I have not been able to log on to my account. I do not remember my password and when I click the link to reset, it says a reset link was sent to my email. It has not. I have been trying multiple times per day over the past week. I have put in 3 service tickets and sent an email. I have not had any response. This is ridiculous. I just paid for my year and I need access to my account. I would give zero stars if I could.

      This WAS a good service. They keep upping the prices. I paid for a subscription and have proof through Paypal that my subscription is paid through September 2023, however, it now shows as inactive. The business does NOT provide a telephone number and emails have gone unanswered. My license renewal is soon approaching. Buyer BEWARE!!!

      This is a scam, do not use!!! paid for course, now it says course completed and have not taken the exam in which I paid for, it seems the upgrade website on purpose to take your money, left numerous emails no response, and no live person to talk to.

      I have been a long term customer of this organization. Last week, in mid month and during licensing renewal cycle for those of ** in **, they decided to upgrade the website. Total failure! Cannot access any of my completed courses, certificates, etc. Have sent multiple work tickets and separate emails without any response to date. Place keeps their phone number hidden on the website also. I have paid for unlimited access to courses and now cannot access any courses without paying again. I recommend you find another provider for your online professional training!******************

      Excellent courses and a great value. I initially took their free ethics course and that convinced me to make the purchase. I'm glad I did as I got everything I needed for my relicensure.
