      I’ve previously bought cameras from Backstreet Surveillance. Now I have a broken camera under warranty and there’s no response from them. I was working with Clay P***** looking for newer and faster security cameras. I also told Clay P***** that I believe my cameras are being hacked. I’m being constantly assaulted and need very good cameras for my protection. Clay was going to have Tech call me at 9:30am which never happened. I called the company a couple of times and got a response that they would be in touch that day. Never heard anything from them. Friday I put in to buy a security camera worth over $1,000 they have never filled my order. Backstreet Surveillance has not properly followed there business qualifications. They should be followed up with not supporting customers properly and ignoring myself.

      ******** ******* has been a customer for several years. We have spend hours on the phone chasing imaginary intruders in her attic. Her son asked us to stop supporting her over a year ago. He specifically told us to block her number or she would never leave us alone. We did as instructed. ******** got a new phone number and placed an online order for $1100 pan tilt zoom camera to be installed in her attic. As per her sons request we cancelled the order and refunded the money. Now she places this BBB report. There is no way we can make this right. She will continue to do these things and we cannot stop her. Both mangers for Backstreet and her son have verified there are no intruders in her attic. We wish her the best but will continue to follow her sons guidance.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I need a broken camera replaced it’s under warranty. I have vandals inside my home damaging all my furniture, stole my jewelry, stole and badly damaged my clothes as well as the plants inside my home. They’re Mexicans that I was told to my face that he doesn’t like whites. My house has blackened particles they put the blackened smoke inside my house causing health problems I have a Cardiologist I’m seeing because of the blacken material.  Major Drugs are involved causing me to be unable to walk because of severe dizziness,

      .  Drugs causing severe fatigue. The person causing severe medical problems had three people arrested for Major Drugs by the FBI. I was reporting that my cameras are being hacked. Watching the cameras all the motion isn’t picked up, the cars on my street. I ordered a security camera which is great. I placed the order and the order was never taken by Backstreet. It would have been wonderful if I got a chance to speak with the Tech regarding my cameras being hacked. I also wanted to order more of the $1,000 cameras for my protection. The gentleman helping me was very nice until no response from the Technician. 

      I need cameras for my protection and get a vision of the people involved so that the FBI would be involved again.

      Hopefully Backstreet Surveillance will help me with top of the line cameras to catch the people on my property.
